This post office stole my item from my package. On 3/28/22 , I put six dresses in a package to be mail to my mother in New York City on 4/2/22 My mother called and she said there was only one dress in the package . I called the post office and they said I need to file a claim . Unfortunately I did not put insurance on the package because I have sent items to my mother in the pass with no problem. I am unable to get reimbursed for my lost and someone in that office stole my items. I am unable to get any assistance with finding out what happened to my items . Please be aware of this post office and the way they misplace or steal your packages.

Package 9500115865070350214967 was delivered on Dec. 26 after 5pm, but package was torn open and box was missing. I was told to call 407-293-9220 and after some rings there is a long noise like from a fax number. I called 407-445-0685 and after many rings, it always says the line is busy. How can I talk to someone about missing box from damaged package? All I want to know is if missing box is in mail carrier's vehicle or at the Orlando 32818 post office. It is an unwrapped box with stars on it with Christmas tag addressed to Kenysha from Jane and Kevin. Why isn't 407-445-0685 answering any phone calls???

Received email with tracking info of my package that it was delivered to 32818 post office on July 23. Today is July 31, and my package has still NOT been delivered!!! I filed a missing mail report and was told that someone would respond within ONE business day . . . I'm still waiting for that response .

i called once and they picked up and helped me but they knew i would have to call back because i was trying to get an order im missing situated but they are not picking up at all now. i called 5 times and then i called twice from a different number and they still didnt pick up their phone very unprofessional. i guess i will have to find time to go up there and speak with them instead of calling them because it seems they do not like being bothered with calls at all.

Wow this place sucks, why even have a phone number if it's never answered? They sent me keys to my mailbox and never told me which box it is and can't be helped to pick up their phone, guess i'm heading over there to ask in person and complain. Place is dirty and employees are not helpful, USPS should honestly be embarrassed to have such an incompetent staff of people working for them.

Today, 3/1/17, I called this post office branch 10 times. Phone is NEVER answered. I was trying to tell folks at this branch that our delivery person is putting mail in wrong boxes for several addresses on our street. Since I could not reach anyone by phone at this branch, I called the 800 help number (800) 275-8777. After choosing the service I needed "Carrier", I got a recording that said my wait time to speak to a live person was 1 hour 20 minutes! Right, like I'm going to hold that long. I guess I'm going to have to make a trip in person to the branch office to make my complaint known. Hey USPS is anyone home? Very poor service!

TERRRRRRRIBLE post office, the WORST I have EVER seen. The phone is ALWAYS busy, or when it does ring it rings OFF THE HOOK. You call back? Yep busy now you guessed it. The service is HORRIBLE in-store, no one is WILLING to help you, they just want to move you on past the line.

This is the absolute WORST post office. Everyone working here should be fired! I have filed complaints three times in the last two months about my packages! The post man would leave a notice in my box with no package to be found any where. He even left a note and then personally gave my package to some stranger. What ever happened to asking for an ID before having over a package? And they never answer their phone! I'm extremely frustrated with this place. The government should be ashamed to have a group of incompetent employees.
