Disability payment scanned by informed delivery have NOT been delivered to po box in EIGHT DAYS. File missing mail complaint results in more missing mail and criticism by postal management about how I don't understand informed delivery.

It is sad that I cannot subscribe to a local Clay Co newspaper (Clay Today) and expect Kingsley ave post office deliver it to me. I have to call them every week. It is not them it's you. When I moved here 28 years ago we got service like this and then it improved and now we are back to old ways. I am so disappointed in this service. I have a good carrier but he delivers what is given him. Wilma Bailey

On 5/11/202 I mailed 2 packages from your PO at 1335 Kingsley Ave. Orange Park Florida and only one package sent to Chicago 9500 1110 0734 0132 3728 09 has been delivered .The one to New Jersey 9500 1110 0734 0132 3737 93 has yet to arrive.What happened to this last package?

I moved to 3015 Hickory Glen Dr at the end of November 2019. Since I started getting mail here I get junk mail that I perceive to be pornographic. I have tried to find them online and tell them to stop but there are more than 1 name and many addresses. How can I stop them from coming?

Our mail has been arriving very late in the day. Today it came at 5:22 PM. I think that is extremely late in the day to receive your mail. I feel it should get to my house mid morning. Can something be done about this? It arrived after business hours for the post office and you were closed so I couldn't even call to speak with someone. Please help.

The Kingsley Avenue location is an amazing post office with some of the BEST employees. They truly go out of their way to assist you in locating a package or making sure it gets delivered. I would rate this location 5 stars.
