What are disgrace you get the runaround when you call on phone then the post office hangs up on you as well as the one on 60th ! how many time do you have to call and still no live person just to run around there’s no way to handle it someone’s situation not even by the call center. I got already two letters back, with the remark "unable to forward- return to sender". I sent the letters from Germany. I wrote the correct Zip-code here in Ocala. I don`t know why. I have no clue, what I did wrong.

I wanted to say that Nick, our mailman at 409 E. Ft King St, Ocala FL, does a wonderful job. He is friendly and fast. He makes conversation but keeps it short so he can get on with his day. When he is on vacation, we can definitely tell, because his replacements are not good at all. Nick is an excellent worker.

I recently moved here from Kansas. I am totally shocked to see that our mail is not delivered until around 8 pm !!! Carriers must keep long hours!

It is now 7:15pm on Monday November 18. I put mail in my mailbox this morning to be mailed. I thought maybe whoever was delivering the mail simply forgot to put the flag down on my mailbox but took my mail out of the mailbox. Meds delivered to wrong address and they were refused by whoever they tried to deliver them to and now are being returned to pharmacy. How come noone picks up the phone at sw 1st Ave? This could have been resolved!

My diabetes supplies came on June 8th they left a slip, my husband was home, we have the ring. Didn’t ring the bell. It is June 15th, need my supplies. Can’t get anybody on the phone, don’t know what to do. It said needs a signature, Adapt Health said they DO NOT require a signature. Don’t know what to do.

I have put two packages in my mailbox on two seperate occasions and mail. No way to see where it is. is not even trackable because it looks like they were not scanned. You cannot call. They do not answer their phone.

today 5/7/21 I put mail in my box and the flag up for pick. That was at 7am and it is now 8 pm. The flag is still up and mail to be picked up in the box. No one told me it was a no mail day. Over all the mail here in Oak run is leaving realy alot of up grade. Good luck with upgrading .

The new/replacement mail person that covers Pine Run in Ocala, 34481, is really struggling. The mail comes at 8 pm and sometimes, not at all. I haven't had a package delivered from USPS for several days and Amazon claims they are "lost" Please send help, or someone else. We need our packages.

I need to report an unsafe driver. I realize the delivery drivers are extremely busy, but this driver is going to injure/kill someone or herself. The female driver of a USPS van with truck number ending in 560 who delivered in the area of West Marion Hospital and Rasmussen College on Tues 7/28/20 at 0845 is dangerous. I was getting ready to make a left turn to go to WM Medical Center in front of Rasmussen College. The driver had a stop sign on the road in front of WM Medical Center. She, at full speed, ran the stop sign, NEVER even looked to see if it was clear, and flew through the intersection entering into Rasmussen College. I used to be a semi driver, so I am a very defensive driver. While I was at front entrance of the Medical Center, she pulled up behind me to make a delivery. As she drove away, she again at full speed ran the the stop sign exiting the WM Medical Center. She has no regard for the safety of other motorists.

Whenever our regular mailman is off, it's a crap shoot as to where our mail goes. I live in Palm Cay in Ocala and we all have numbers on boxes or poles and most also have names, Saturday's mail on my street was two houses off, and one neighbor got a letter addressed to Gainesville?

I live in Oak Run and our mail man continues to deliver our mail to the wrong address. Twice recently there were bills addressed to me that were delivered to our neighbor instead of my address. Fortunately they were home and brought them to me, but if they had not done that, or were away from their home, I would have been charged late fees due to the mailman's error. Please address this situation and correct it.

Steven was our temporary Postal Delivery Person. We were hoping he would get the full time Postal Delivery Person Position for our route. He was so nice and professional. We truly loved him! We know he didn't get the position but we feel someone needs to recognize him for his outstanding service.

We have been missing mail for the last few weeks. Earlier today the neighboring tenant checked his box and found a stack of our mail postmarked from 3/15/2018. They do not check their mail since they use their home address for the mail. This past Monday 3/2/18 we came to work to find a package at our front door, left from Saturday. The carrier knows we are a business and our hours are posted on the door she left the package at. I have been trying to get in touch with a real live person for a couple of days now at the Main PO in Ocala, FL and have had no success. I live in an apartment complex which has it's own mail boxes with keys. Ever since I moved in I have not been able to get into my box. I sprayed it with some WD40 and it worked for a couple of days but now same old problem. I did go to the PO and report it in person but have not seen or heard from anyone about the problem. HOW DO I GET MY MAIL to pay my bills????????

All I needed was a pen. There were no pens ANYWHERE in the building. I was late for work because I spent 10 minutes looking for a pen in that place. Finally a lady nearby me offered me a pen and I was able to complete my mail. Please make sure you have pens available for people to use.

Was out cooking in front of my trailer on Saturday 27th . watch mailman pull up to boxes. then he drove off . went to check mail found notice sorry we missed you . it was for a certified letter that needed my signature . i have seizures and dont drive . mailman didnt come to my door . im pissed . now i have yo pay someone $10 to drive me to go pick the letter up cause mailman was to lazy to drive his truck down like the normal mailman does. since i was outside . and been calling the post office on 400 sw 1 all morning and nobody picks up the phone of course. not right .

A new carrier has started on our route about a month ago and mail deliveries have been a mess ever since. The entire subdivision is frequently getting the wrong mail despite repeated conversations with the carrier. No one wants to impact another's livelihood, but this woman needs to be placed in another position. She and this job are a mis-match. Please help.

Trying to get the post office by phone is a nightmare. Can't talk to a person. I was asked for a tracking # that was so illegible I read what it looked like, and told it is wrong. Priority Two Day seems to make no difference to the Ocala Post Office anymore. Last year was good -- what happened this year? My last 3 packages arrived in 3-4-5 days. My (recently) alive ladybugs are roasting in the Ocala Post Office since 5 AM this morning (already a day late) and not moving. If they are not delivered until Monday (making it 5 days for delivery) I will be receiving dead bugs in the mail. What is going on? USPS in Ocala, Fl sucks. I live in an apartment complex and have extensive deliveries because of a bad back. They only deliver to my apartment less than 5% of the time. In eight months living here, I have had close to 80 deliveries and most of them went to the main office, thereby defeating the point of having items delivered. I know why actual companies that deliver are wiping out USPS and it is because service is not something they are willing to provide.
