I live on 5102 sw 139 ave and my carrier left my parcel on 137 or 135 avenue, this is important to us and we need her to get my parcel from this address, I’m also a letter carrier and I check the GPS of the scan point in the computer and it show that it was mis deliver, I need an answer on this matter
My current address is 9590 Boulder St, Miramar Fl 33025; I've been receiving my mail at this location. IM EXTREMELY CONCERNED, important business information comes to this location and for some reason its stopped. I moved out of the area on March 28th. a week or so before that, I put in a change of address form and received confirmation that the USPS got the order. However, mail is still being delivered to the old address. My nephew has twice checked my mailbox, the last time on April 29th, and it has been stuffed full of mail. Could you please stop delivering mail to Charles Grahm at 250 SW 97th Terrace in Pembroke Pines 33025 and forward the mail to 2690 West Mill Creek Road in Warrensville, North Carolina 28693. Went to the Miramar location. Waited 31 min until an employee actually came to counter. There were 37 customers inline. We rang the bell with no response. We even screamed out with zero response. After 31 min an employee came out and was like “next”. No explanation or response. I was there to ask why my package said “delivered” yet was not in my locked mailbox for 4 days. Not even the common decency to respond to people yelling and asking what is going on.
Once again they stated my package got delivered in my mailbox and it's not there, went through this same thing in June and they discovered my package was delivered to the wrong address, i'm sure this is what happened again, no one answers the phone, no one cares, mailman that's delivers my mail is always in a rush, he delivered someone else's package to my address and we had to run him down to give it back to him, never had an issue with my mail until they changed my mail carrier, not everything is going missing, this is not acceptable, I'm once again reporting to consumer affairs!!!
They are always give us people mail and I never get my packages I told them to deliver it to the door and they supposedly put it in the parcel mailbox but it wasn’t there and now they are not answering the phone I just want my package
This review is just like everybody else is from the last five years this post office and pick up the phone for anything when they deliver the mail they don’t pick it up it’s ridiculous
my packages showed received 2 weeks ago and are still sitting there..no movement in 2 weeks? They must have some big ole storage bins they put all this stuff. Terrible service...even with understanding some delay due to holidays :(

worst people we can count on USPS how can you speak with anyone if no one picks up HATE using USPS they should all lose their jobs.
I went there talked to Calvin ( He said I know everything here) to change the name in my mail box. He said yes NO PROBLEM. After 4 days still waiting. Nobody pick up the phone. They make mywait 20 minutes to talk to Calvin. Worse post office ever.
Absolutely terrible they said they delivered my package. I was home all day and didn't receive anything. I called to ask about my package they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and kept calling back and no one would answer. I still haven't received my package. I will be going there tomorrow to speak to someone directly. this is unacceptable and they hhave been reported.
This service is so poor they should be ashamed of themselves. Horrific, makes me want to cry and take over management. Clearly, it only take a elementary school graduation to attain this job. May God be with you.
