Hello just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience today at your branch. The persons name was EJ I believe a male young guy.. My package was not delivered due to an address error so it was to go back to sender. The driver has returned it and was ready to be sent but EJ took the extra effort to go back and look and atually found it and delivered to me on the spot. It was a xmas gift for my daughter . Thank him for going the estra mile to helo me... Merry Xmas

The most rude and mean staff I have ever experienced. I have never been treated so badly at a business. I went with my baby for a passport took the day off work and had that appointment for 2 months. Was told the person did not show to work that day and to return the next week. Sha’ Ron is the most rude person I have ever encountered. I left almost in tears of how bad she treated me and my baby son. I had all of my documents ready and an appointment made, she cleared out a line of 20 people (that kept growing) before assisting me with my child’s passport. Even people in line were asking her to let me go in front of them and she refused. I have no idea how that woman is still employed there. It’s beyond me.

Mail not delivered due to. USPS® Delivery Exception 9400111202544878332521. Your driver got out of the vehicle and either delivered the mail to my next door neighbor or left a door tag. One my next door vehicles was parked next to their box, however my mail box is next to hers and he did not deliver my mail! He got out-of the vehicle but did not deliver my mail! Both instances were captured by my security camera. I expect my mail tdelivered.

Disappointed with the mail delivery people that they replace when my regular mail delivery person is on vacation or day off. These people are destroying my landscaping!!! Instead of follow the pathway to my front door they step on top of my plants and into the garden area only because they are too lazy to follow the path. USPS has not right to destroy my home. I have videos of them trying to step over and damaging my plants and I'm sick and tired of their service!!! Again, the regular everyday mail carrier respects my property and is a true gentleman!!! It's the fill ins that have no right to treat peoples homes the way they do.

I asked that my mail be held until we get back from vacation on Wednesday, 08/04/21. Mail should be deliver to me today 08/05/21. I not only did not get my mail but I received a letter from the post office saying they held the mail. I tried to call 10 times the snapper creek location and I was hung up 10 times! Please deliver my mail!

Apathetic and purposely sloth-like employees. Walk around in a trance and always apologize for your wait.

Snapper Creek receives an “F” for the past six months of mail “service.” First, in October, a package was reported as Delivered at Mailbox. It wasn’t. At least not to my mailbox, (and no package should ever be delivered to someone’s roadside mailbox when they are normally delivered to the door.) The package was delivered to the wrong home where someone had already opened it and then opened one of the items before it was retrieved by the postal worker after I filed a complaint. Next, I discovered just recently that my Property Tax check mailed early in November was never received by the Office of the Tax Collector. There was no response from Snapper Creek regarding that complaint. Finally, a second check, mailed to a bullion company for $400 worth of coins also never made it to its destination. Snapper Creek supposedly tried to find it, but all I received were occasional emails that they were looking for it, until the last email that stated they couldn’t find it. Apparently, that was that. I can no longer use the USPS to mail ANYTHING because there is no certainty that bills will be paid, nor that cards, letters or packages will arrive to intended recipients. I can no longer bank by mail either, which is truly frustrating as any checks I receive cannot be deposited locally. If anything indicates a complete failure, THAT DOES!

I have not received the last four issues of Science which cost $15 each. The dates for the missing journals are November 20 and 27, December 4 and 11 and when I phone the Post Office it is not in operation or they place you hold and then cut you off. Before this time the post has usually been reliable but sometimes a week or two late.

This post office just can't get it right. Again I received three separate emails today saying that three separate packages were delivered to my mailbox and they're just not there. This is not the first to second time either. If they can't be trusted deliver my mail how can I trust them to deliver my ballot?

How do you contact the Snapper Creek PostOffice without physically going there in order to make a complain? 1. Had a key left in my mailbox to open specific bin. When key opened bin, no package was there. 2. Waited for mail carrier to ask why my package was not in the bin provided by the key left in my mailbox? (Live in a townhouse where the mailboxes are all located in specific areas). 3. Carrier very politely told me to call 305-270-0335 and ask for Felix, who was in charge of this area. 4. When calling 305-270-0335, you automatically get transferred to "an operator" which after 1:15 +/- minutes drops the call... 5. Looked up email for Ms. Ambrose (who is listed as the PostMaster for this office). The email for Ms. Ambrose is returned with the message "the email address you entered could not be found" 6. Will someone in the Post Office read and respond to these comments???

My law practice is supposed to be on their route. These people are lazy, unreliable, and it's inexcusable. There are days that my mail is waiting to be picked up and it isn't. I have had to resort to sending my assistant in search of a mailbox in hopes that the mail gets delivered. DISGRACEFUL. Let's also add insult to injury - try calling the (305) 270-0335 number - they DO NOT ANSWER. Truly disgusting. No pride in their work. Shame on the these lazy people.

We had an overnight package go through this Post Office. For whatever reason, they stated that there was no Authorized Recipient Available. So, we call the 800 phone number and rescheduled the package to be dropped off. No problem we will take care of that for you and reschedule the delivery. Waited all day watching the web-site, the package never update. So, called the 800 number again and they said the Snapper Creek Post Office did not honor the re delivery. DID NOT HONOR!!! Isn't it their job??? So, we get the phone number 305-270-0335 and like everyone says below, they DO NOT pick up the phone. Must be nice to have the phone ringing beside you and you don't have to answer it. So, called back into the 800 number and they stated that they were sending an e-mail to the Manager to call us back.......guess what, still waiting. When the government looks for Fraud, Waste and Abuse, they should start by closing this Post Office location.

I am so sick of this post office. We have a very reliable mail carrier but if he takes a day off there is 99.9% chance we wont get our mail delivered at all. Or its delivered to the wrong house. We you go to the post office in line, you wait forever and they employees could care less- they work at an even slower pace if they see people waiting.

I agree with most of the reviews currently posted. I, too, am disappointed with the service at this postal location. In the past year or so, I have had packages that were identified as "delivered" to my mailbox, only to find nothing there! And as others have indicated, you simply CANNOT get anyone from customer service to return your call. When I have spoken with a manager (in the RARE occasion they return my call), they were not able to find my items. And their response was simply, oh well, what do you want me to do? I cannot make it appear out of thin air! I am writing this because it has happened to me yet again! A package was marked "delivered" today (5/10/17) around two in the afternoon, but it was nowhere to be found! In every case when a package has been lost, it has been something ordered from eBay, things that are not easily found nor replaced. And since they were marked as "delivered", I wasn't even able to get my money back from the sender! The quality of service at this location (regarding the delivery of mail) deserves no stars whatsoever! Someone should be held accountable, but clearly that isn't going to happen. I just wish that they would hire personnel that CARE about what they do regarding serving the public rather than (what appears to be) simply collecting a paycheck. If I were you, I would use UPS whenever possible. Terribly disappointing, to say the least...

This is ridiculous! My mail carrier has decided to place a hold on my mail and it has been 3 weeks and this case still has not yet been resolved. Case was escalated to district consumer affairs office and the saga still continues. No mail for 3 weeks, no answer ever at this location and no resolution to my problem. I would like to know who is my mail carrier that started this mess since I have been living in the same location for over 10 years and never had an issue with the mail. SUPER FRUSTRATED!!!

I would just like to put out there that I have called three times to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are busy. All three calls were 10 mins in length so I e spend the last 30 mins on the phone trying to make an appointment for a passport how and I supposed to make an appointment if no one answers the phone?
