I am furious at the rudeness of one of your employees. We run a business that requires postal delivery. I have taken my packages to this facility without a problem until one day when I was helped by a clerk whose first name is Beverly. She was rude to me when she asked me why I did not have a manifest. After that I came with my packages and a manifest. Today I had a larger order. Unfortunately, I had no manifest. I was directed to the door where the same Beverly was working and not only was she rude to me, she gave me a look as if she was upset that she had to take my packages, and then she actually walked away and left me hanging. I will not tolerate rudeness. Fortunately for me there are other facilities in this area I can take my packages, and so that is what I will do as long as that lady is in the Felix Varela branch.
I agree with all the comments down below!!!! I get mail in my box that does not belong to me & I have not gotten mail that belongs to me, and also Jose Cusco (the mailman) does NOT pick up my put going mail. This facility needs to teach their employees how to work!!!!!
The services is horrible, really I don't think they receive any training, I hold my mail for a month and because pass to days more I went to to pick up my mail and they say to me is for delivery and the first thing I request is I'm going to pick up the mail
