Had my mail stopped for a week. Should have been delivered on Friday. No show. Saturday...no show, even though we saw her delivering four houses down from us. Why didn't we get our mail? Had to have been a substitute because our regular postman is always good and timely. TRAIN THOSE SUBS!!!! Or fire them, one of the two.

I visited today and spoke with a person who was very rude because they were short on staff. Basically said 'what do you want me to do about this and the lobby is full and I do not have time to help you today. Here lately, it is as if everyone there is dragging to the point of exhaustion and none of them seem to enjoy their jobs any longer. The people who work and are from here are still trying to hang on. Post man, what can I say, at least twice a week I am walking mail to my neighbors box. Sometimes pieces are on the ground in front of mailbox. I believe this is a substitute driver doing this and it needs to be addressed. It is true, everything changes and this is the case for our little local post office. Why should the customer suffer because they chose to buy online instead of in store? Seems like they are making money so what is the deal with the angry zombies walking around in this post office?

Very busy office for a small city like MacClenny. Never had any rude experience there, maybe not the quickest service, but I expect that at the post office anyway.
