Apparently our carriers cannot read. Our mail is constantly windup in someone else's box. Yesterday a $100 part I ordered apparently was delivered to our clubhouse. No one mans tge clubhouse, we have parcel boxes and it the package is too large for them the regular carrier brings it to our house. Now this part is no where to be found

This Post Office has great service always!! It’s odd that no one is handling phone calls. Ive been calling all day, to speak to Post Master. No one picks up 352-787-6539. My attempts were morning, noon and 1 hour before closing. Disappointed, there are no alternatives; like an EMAIL to address our questions/situations, “actual”monitored phone hours OR voicemail for feedback/callbacks. HELP continue great customer service.

I have called repeatedly since I called over a month ago. The Postmaster assured me that all mail was being forwarded even the mail that was in my mailbox. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! I haven’t received any of my mail in over a month and now I have all late fees.

I came home today and found a package that Leesburg Postal service put on my door step and top of the package ripped open. No one at the post office want even answer the phone when you call there. I don't know if this carrier having problems but seem every package he or she delivery my packages are ripped open.

Why does the Post Office in Leesburg, FL have a phone number if it is NOT answered? Also Why are people allowed to place Advertisement signs on the Group Mailboxes in Ashton Woods since this is against Federal law? The Mail delivery people should be reporting this fact to the Post Master.

I et weekly deliveries that i need to go and pick up because they are live animals. Normally they do good about calling me before 9am before they open for me to come get them but when i call them after 9am the phone just rings and no one ever picks up. Very disappointed

Worst delivery service, I sooner trust the pizza delivery guy with my mail. Constantly "losing or misdelivering packages". Not sure why these thieves have no accountability of course what else do you expect from a government office.

We just moved here and we’re instructed to go to the post office and they would give us a key for our box. So I went in and they said it would take about a week and now I have a key but it doesn’t fit the box and I have no idea how that can mess that up. I called and of course no answer so I guess I’ll go back in again and try to get this fixed.

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered in my life and I am 80 years old. Missing packages, missing important documents and a delivery person that just doesn't care. And the phones are never answered. Something needs to be done about this. This is no oversite at all of the carriers and no one is checked on. Ever since the Postal Service was taken over and not a part of the government, things have gone from bad to worse.

The worst post office ever. Received email with informed delivery around 9:48 am waited around all day for carrier. He did not arrive until after 5pm . This post office is really inconsiderate and unprofessional!

I am a snowbird. I have my mail forwarded from NC to Florida. All mail addressed directly to my Florida address is forwarded to NC. This is crazy. I can not get anyone to answer the phone at multiple post offices in leesburg area. How do your customers get help??

I'm a disabled firefighter and have to take certain meds which are shipped to me. My meds were taken and shipped 3 Day Priority mail from Lake Villa Illinois on 9-29-20. It it sat in Elk Grove Village Illinois or 5 days then was sent to Sarasota Florida and arrived on 10-6-20 and on the same day it left Sarasota and has not been scanned since. I'm on Day 11 and still no prescriptions. On Oct 5th I went into the office and a supervisor told "Hang loose, it should show up" , right before he walked away from me. I waited another 2 days and called and got the same supervisor who didn't like my tone of voice so he hung up on me. So now we're on Day 11 and no movement since 10-6-20. Asked to talk to Postmaster, he's not available. So Day 11 without needed meds and now idea if and when it might show.

Been complaining for 20 years now about getting everyone else's mail!!! For the last 6 months it has gotten worse! I will check into getting a lawyer now because this happens every single week. I even get Sunrise Arc packages! And nobody will EVER answer the dang phone at the Leesburg post office. The worst run place I have ever seen!

I moved in with an existing mailbox at the house by the door. I was then told that I had to install a mailbox on the street. 1. I just moved in, in the middle of COVID-19, and have not been able to get someone to install for me (a single mother), 2. The mailboxes are being run over by pick up trucks coming down the street (hit and run) - the post office is advising file a police report - to do what, it is a hit and run, 3. now my mail is not being delivered - including bills. I would think that the area would be evaluated to see what is best for the neighborhood, policies would be relaxed as we are going through COVID-19 and the city would be a little more welcoming. Mailboxes are expensive especially when they are other expenses to tend to as a new homeowner.

A funeral home in New Hampshire, forwarded my mother’s death certificates to me in FL. The death certs sat in the Seminole/Orlando Distribution Center for 6 days! They were mailed on Jan 28 and as of today February 6, the certs are on their way but still not received in Leesburg,FL. This is the tracking number—9500112160060028329681.

BAD I am a disabled person who has her mail brought to her house. It is seldom done. There is a sign in my mail box stating this so all mail carriers can see it. But today the mail is so full of packages I can not open it at all

I am trying to obtain a form from Leesburg post office for my doctor to complete to have mail delivered to my home instead of the mail box location here at Royal Highlands Community. I am unable to reach them and any other postal office if reach tells me there is such a form but I have to obtain it from Leesburg. How do I accomplish this when they will not answer the phone. Can I get this form online?

Whoever delivers to the Peppertree Apartments in Leesburg is either terrible at their job , dyslexic , or both . My Amazon package was delivered to the wrong side of the complex . If it hadn't been for an honest woman ( who brought it to us ) I'd never have known it was delivered . The postal person did tell Amazon that it was delivered . This has also happened with medication .Please address this situation with your carriers .

It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to contact the post office “after hours” while employees are still working in the building. I just realized that I had a package of contacts sent to the wrong P.O. Box and it was not until after the front desk had closed on Saturday. Now I must want until Monday, take time off of work just to go and speak with someone in person to “possibly” get the issue straightened out. Customer Service did not even have a way to contact the office and help solve the issue... I messed up on entering our new P.O. Box number, and now my girlfriend has to suffer until “hopefully” the issue is resolved. If it isn’t then I will have wasted about $35 for someone else to get contacts that are not their prescription!

New mail boxes in the Plantation of Leesburg the top boxes are very high. Disabled and/or short people can not get their mail out safely. We have a disabled neighbor that is unable to access his mail box. He has reported this to you and your respond was there was nothing you could do. Just letting you know I have inquired with Attorney General’s office on his behave. I am sure there are others that have been assigned mailboxes on the top tiers and are also having problems. Note this is a 55 and over community with an average homeowner of 70 plus. Please advise on how this matter can be addressed and resolved.

I live at 3920 Magnolia Dr. in Leesburg. I live alone but sometimes a friend stays over. She takes it upon herself to go meet the mail carrier at the mail box. I bought a LOCKING mailbox for this reason and the carrier just hands her the mail. Do they not understand what a locking mailbox means. I want my mail safe until I get home to get it. IT BELONGS IN THE MAILBOX AND THAT IS WHERE I WANT IT PUT.

Friday, Aug. 11. 4:35 pm. No postal delivery still. Really? Again? I live at Mid Florida Lakes community and this is becoming an increasing problem. This is NOT that large a community. Some of us receive checks which need to be taken to cash at local banks before they close. Won't happen today.

I tried for an hour to get through by phone to the local Leesburg post office and all I got was a constant busy signal. I have had two checks come up missing through the mail and have never had that happen before. I would like to know what is going on? I then tried the 800# and the wait time to speak to a person would have been between 50 and 60 minutes, so right now I am kind of upset with the postal system and want to know what is happening with my mail. The service is absolutely awful.

I have waited now for 20 minutes for someone in the Leesburg, Florida office to answer the telephone. Called the toll-free number and that has a wait time of 33 minutes. Want y'all to know that this SUCKS!
