I sent jewelry to my friend on January 9th. It's now the 18th and she still does not have her package, so I tracked it and its was out for delivery on the 12th then it says its at post office waiting on a delivery scan. My friend went to find her package and the staff was rude as hell and said she didn't have the correct tracking number (WHICH SHE DOES!) I've tried to call that location multiple times and they do not answer the freaking phone!!!!!
There are problems with delivery from the N. Missouri Ave. Lakeland Fl postal office. My rent cheque was returned to the bank as the address was wrong and it had never been changed since 2014. The office said they have had numerous returned mail also for peoples rent. Also, the person delivering is making too many errors. In the past 2 weeks we have had 7 instances where the wrong mail was put in our box. This is getting very annoying as we then have no recourse but to deliver it to the person ourselves as we don’t have access to the box. I signed up for pfs 4/29 at north side post office for 25 del. i have been at 212 north ridge Rd 28604 for 13 weeks, this week makes the 3rd week no mail and i have only rec. a total of 6 del.
I did the same svc. with south side post office for 7 years no problem
never answers the phone...been on hold for 35 minutes, picks up and puts back on hold!!! Havent received mail in 5 days and Im running a business! A business always has mail even if its just ads, always! Cant believe I have to drive 20 minutes to the office to find out whats going on!!!
We live in King & Queens MHP in Lakeland Florida and our mailbox lock has been broken for 2 weeks. I've tried calling the Post Office with no one answering along with another person's cell who the postman gave to me but the person doesn't answer there phone. How do we get this isse solved?
I need someone to contact me about my missing coupon booklets that used to come every Wednesday like clock work. I emailed retail me not and the info that they sent me was that inserts were still being sent to my zipcode. I want my coupon books back.
The mailman has not delivered my mail in 3 weeks I dont know what's going on. I live in the Loop At Wedgewood. I just moved here a few months ago and didn't have any problems recieving my mail until now. I went to the post office and they gave me a phone number that nobody answers. I call the other numbers on the website and I get hung up on. This is ridiculous. How can i get my mail!!

I’m trying to check the status of my claim and the recorded message says it’s been resolved! It’s not resolved, my package has not been delivered! This is unacceptable! I want to speak with a manager please.

I received an email my package was delivered. I never received it. I call the postal service and they gave me a case number and said someone would contact me. It’s been days now and when I try to call, the recording says the number is busy. What is going on? I’d like this issue resolved.
Having the same issue and not sure how to get thru to them. Sigh.

We have complained so many times, to our local Post office, gotten so many Case Numbers over the last 6-7years, about the mail carrier especially substitute ones, dumping our mail in our neighbor's mail box. We have the same house number, but different street names. Our neighbors box is first, then ours further down the street. A supervisor has been out here and says there is not problem with the placement of the boxes. Our mail box has been at the same spot for at least 40 years. Our address has been red flagged, it gets better for 2-6 weeks, then the laziness takes over again and the dumping starts. The postal carriers you are hiring are not reading the addresses when they sort or when placing the mail into the mail boxes. Yesterday, we got 4 pieces of mail in our box to my name, and 3 pieces of our mail to my husband's name was put in our neighbor's box too, first!! We have NEVER gotten their mail. Always ours dumped into theirs, because it is the first. How blind, or ignorant are your carriers that they cannot see there is a different Street name and Family name. We have our address completely spelled out on our box, and there is another box next to ours, for the house on the opposite corner going toward the intersection. We have the north west corner house at the above intersection and the neighbor's house, is the second house from the corner house on the opposite side of the street. We had a postal carrier for 17 years who never misplace our mail. She was not rushing to get the job done. We have a permanent dent in the ground in front of the mail box, from the mail carrier peeling away to get to the stop sign at the intersection. That has only been in the last 6-7 years also. Our neighbor is old and ill, and has to keep bringing us our mail. My husband is ill also, and yesterday, the neighbor was so angry about our mail in his box again, he started yelling at me. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!! READ THE ADDRESS AND STREET NAME!! Tell your employees that there is a problem with delivery, that apparently RED FLAGGING they are also too blind to see! I am going to write a letter to the Postmaster General and we are going to contact 8 on our side for help. We are getting no lasting correction from just contacting the Lakeland Post Office employees, except apologies and and surveys asking how they have done. I see from some of the other comments posted below that other people have a problem with their mail being placed in the wrong boxes, also. Something is wrong with your employee training, and there are no repercussions for repeated mishandling. At least some of your deliverers don't care how they do their job, they just want to get it done. They don't give a rat's behind if it has been delivered incorrectly!
A few weeks ago I sent a birthday card to a friend in chicago.Two and 1/2 weeks later I received the card back saying that the address was incorrect. When I checked the address it was correct I read address the envelope sent it out with more postage just got it back yesterday mangled up look like somebody had tore the side of it off to look to see if there was anything in it and it still came back saying it was the wrong address. Is it normal that the letter to be open that someone should look at to see what's in it?

A package was supposed to be delivered on 2/25/2019. We waited! After 8pm I checked the tracking information. It said that we "Requested package to be held at the post office" We did not request for the package to be held! We waited all day for it to be delivered!! We checked the camera and NO ONE even came to the door!! When can we expect our package? Who requested for it to be held?
Consistent. The carrier in our community consistently puts the wrong mail in the boxes. Three times last week we had our neighbors mail put in our box. This is after we’ve spoken to a supervisor who said he’d look into the problem in the past. Today a package was shown as delivered to a parcel box. The box is locked but the key was not put in our box to open it, must be in somebody else’s box.
Carrier left Priority Package at wrong address I have been trying to get help with this and get the package retrieved and have been ignored, I am told people will call me back and they do not, a Prriority Package should be delivered to a persons door, this carrier obviously didnt careor pay attention and I am still trying to get some one to take responsibility and to find my package, is reading not a requirement for working for the Postal Service as I address my packages very clearly and even write left side of building, there is no excuse for any package especially a Priority Package to be lost because of a carrierers irresponsibility, and it seems there are no consequences. Lakeland PO has not put the effort into finding this package as they should have , I notified them a half hour after delivery notice that it was not delivered at the proper address they should have sent the carrier back immediately to retrieve the package. I am furious.

I sent an email for immigration service, and asked them about my situation, and they told me, they have sent it, and also gave me tracking number, and then I searched, and finally found it is in your office.
Unfortunately I am not in Lakeland these days, but my friend live there.
I would like to know is it possible for you send it again to my address or my friend come and take it?

The mail lady that delivers to anglers cove mobile home park, 944 Reynolds road is returning mail to sender for several owners. I send out billing monthly and several of the bills come back, these customers are there and I'm getting upset as I have to pay postage for these. I buy 6 books of stamps every month for my billing. Please speak to the mail person about this. It is frustrating to me and my customers
