On April 30, 2021, I went to their office to do the mail of my company, I know I had 160 envelopes more or less due to a great damage that my stamp machine has, they were 4 people attending but one one of the girls offered an alternative, the rest of the employees did not want to assist us. We understand everyone is busy, but only one of them was really kind to my wife and I.
the woman postal worker is very nice and talkative helpful... but she Always wears her mask under her nose! Please speak with her and instruct her to wear her mask the correct way to protect herself and others, including her co-workers.
I live in Floral Park. Our neighborhood has recently, in the past 2 -3 months, having all kinds of trouble with our mail. It is being delivered to the wrong addresses or not at all. Pickup's placed in the mailbox go missing. There will be no mail for days, then suddenly a great quantity of it. I have not gotten my Sprint bill for the last 3 months and incurred a late fee. NextDoor is full of complaints from Floral Park. We see that there are a couple of new deliver people and our old mail lady is not here anymore. Please help.
I had a foodstamp card sent to my lady apt. The mail lady said she would not leave it her mailbox, so I went to the lake worth office to change the address to there post office general mail, now my card was mail on the 16 of may I still have not receive it at there office. Something is going on I Think the mail is dumping mail in a dumpster somewhere, I'm watching.
A package I sent a friend was received at the Lake Worth, Florida Post Office at 11:19 am on Feb. 9th. It is now Feb. 14th. Package has not been delivered to Green Acres in Lake Worth. I’ve waited on the phone for 1/2 hour on three occasions.....no answer!!!!!why is this package sitting here for 4 days and not delivered? Why is the phone not answered? I have tracked this package and no where has it been detained along the way. The main USPS says package pending....whatever that means. And to speak to an agent there, over an hour wait time!!! Very poor customer service all around!!!
Erica,in you office,was extremely helpful in solving our misdirected mail after we made a temp address change from Fl to NJ. It had never gone through correctly (wrong Fl zip code typed in...) Thank you, Erica, for being so patient and being able to solve our problem . Carol & Ken Keller...
