That's ok I'm still waiting for packages that were out for delivery today that wasn't delivered today when my mail has already gone for today and my package was to be delivered yesterday and it was still in Atlanta Georgia until I said something about it not being delivered yet and it was to be delivered today now and look my package wasn't delivered today at all and I'm not happy at all I'm really getting tried of it and pissed off about it when it's saying that it's to be delivered yesterday and now today and still no package at all I would like the mail person to check her mail and bring my package that was to be delivered today and deliver my package like it was to be delivered today and not wait other day when I shouldn't have to wait for my package that was to be delivered today and wasn't delivered today like it was to be delivered today that's not right at all

I placed an envelope in our mailbox yesterday (Sunday, 3/31/2024) for pickup today. It is not 1720 on 4/1/2024 however still no mail pickup. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. Typically I would give 4 stars, but when the mail isn’t collected…it is a single star!

Called local post office phone number & was to be connected to operator. Waited more than 5 minutes & was never connected. Tried multiple times. I need to speak with someone locally concerning package delivery as toll free number only tells me package delivered on 11/27/23 when it was not. How can I speak with a real person at the local level about my issue.

I was flat out told my package can’t be delivered to my house (an apartment) I don’t have transportation so ordering online is super helpful I specifically requested my package to be LEFT AT MY DOOR this is the second time I’ve had to go without my order on the date that I need it I’m so unhappy right now the person I talked to was rude & didn’t seem to care about my inconvenience so better Lakecity post office

Not happy right now. Opened my garage door this am. There was a pkg leaning against it along with my mail! Pkg would not fit in box (community boxes) along with my mail, rain & all. I've taken a pic of mail I'd be glad to show you! I have a front porch, out of the rain! Hopefully pkg is not broken!

COMPLAINT I live in a mobile home park and am always home during the day. Every time a package comes requiring a signature instead of the carrier bringing it to my door, he/she just leaves a card in the mail box up front causing me to have to go to the post office the next day to retrieve it. I don't know if this is done out of laziness or what. If it is, shame on them!

**THIS IS A COMPLAINT** Yesterday 8/31/20 my mail was placed on the windshield of my car in my front yard just steps away from my door. Well... I was home ALL day with just storm door closed. Later in the afternoon when I went outside I saw my mail on my windshield. AFTER THE RAIN!!! My daughters SENIOR PICTURES were in there!!!!! DAMAGED!!!! WET!!!! I never heard any horn or knock!!! WHY??? I know for a fact my usual mail lady would NOT have done that!!!! Please explain!!!! I expect a response!!!!

Placed mail to be picked up in my mailbox at 8:00 am last Saturday, June 27, 2020, and the outgoing mail was not picked up (yes, the flag was in the upright position indicating mail to be picked up). Thought that I was just missed. Arriving home at 5:30 pm on Monday, June 29, 2020, I saw my flag was down so I checked my mail. The newly delivered mail was placed on top of my outgoing mail. Again I had made sure that my flag was in the upright position as I left for work on Monday morning.

I order a lot from small business, but I only get my packages from bigger sites such as Walmart or Amazon. All of the bigger companies' packages have arrived directly on my doorstep and I have been receiving emails saying that my Etsy packages were delivered at x times, just for me to find that they were not. Very frustrating.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH TRACING A PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGE SENT TO VYSTAR BANK IN LAKE CITY. I DID NOT KNOW VYSTAR DID NOT ACCEPT MAIL IN THEIR LAKE CITY LOCATIONS SO FOR MORE THAN A WEEK THE TRACING FEATURE INDICATED THE PACKAGE WAS FORWARDED. THAT WAS THE ON INFO AVAILABLE - FORWARDED. FINALLY AN EMPLOYEE, GARY WARD, TOOK THE INITIATIVE, FOUND THE ACTUAL PACKAGE AND CALLED ME. HE EXPLAINED CLEARLY WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE AND WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. MY FAITH IN THE USPS HAS BEEN RESTORED BECAUSE OF GARY WARD. THANK YOU!!!!!

Not getting packages delivered, it’s been a few weeks it’s been held and never brought to the door once. Contacting the vendor I purchased from so they can also complain. Won’t bring to door, won’t let anyone get it for me. How am I supposed to get my package? DELIVER TO MY HOUSE LIKE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO.

Who ever is on the route now do not now how to do there job this is the second time I didn't get my package and it's making me mad.

I heard the mail person deliver our mail on our street. Immediately me and my husband went out to get our mail. Alexa told us it was going to be delivered to us today. It was a fire stick from Amazon. I received the package with out the fire stick in it. It was cut on the side. Nobody other than the mailman or mail woman or somebody in the post office knew what was in there. No one on our street had time to slice the side of the package to take out the fire stick.So I think our mailman or somebody in the mail Dept stole my fire stick.! The services provided in my area is unacceptable. I was suppose to receive a package on Friday 3/6 when I checked on line it shows delivered at 3:23 pm Front door. First I was sitting by my front window and the guy just flew by. Secondly I have searched my whole neighborhood and all around my house there is no package and seeing that he didn’t stop by my front door he lied about the delivery. I am not pleased and I'm very disappointed with the USPS service. They say they delivered my package to my address and even said they had geo referenced (or something like that) the package to my location but there can always be human error in everything. I never received my package till this day. The mail carrier lady could've easily placed it in the wrong mailbox due to there being other mailboxes at same location. But I am not pleased at all. I will change my review from negative to positive if and only if they were to help me locate my package (which is valued at almost $30).

I'm very disappointed in a recent situation involving either the Lake City P.O or the Keystone Heights P.O. I didn't receive my monthly bill from Clay Electric for a month after it was postmarked on 10/24/19. It finally arrived in my mailbox at my home on 11/23/19. I have always been on time with my payments & have never had any "late payment" penalties. I don't know which P.O dropped the ball on this one but I hope you can find out.

How Do You Get A Post Office Box Online???

Shoved a guy out of the Post Office for filming. The guy was within his Constitutional Rights to film where he wasn't welcomed to do so by staff and patrons. Should have shoved harder. The Constitutional Rights of somebody choosing to be a bother don't matter. The wishes of those he was bothering matter.

TONIGHT AT APPROXIMATELY 6:30, 11/25/18 WE TRIED TO USE AUTOMATED POST OFFICE AND THE TWO LEFT HAND BLOCKS ON SCREEN WERE NOT OPERATIONAL. IT SAYS IT REBOOTS AFTER 10:00 PM. What is going on with my mail service? I live in Shady Oak Way. 32024. Since last fall it has been terrible. Then around October you had a carrier who was very good and consistent. Around the holidays can be hectic and I gave a bit and understood the busy time of the year. But going on 17 days into the new year it has dropped way off. I have seen 3 different carriers. I have no idea when the mail is coming. one day its at 10 am then next it's 6pm. I get other mail and have had my mail not delivered with family and businesses wondering why they didn't get it. I have Amazon packages saying delivered and not there. I have 2 day delivery on my Amazon and 50% of the time it's 3-4 days. Last night the mail came around 7pm. I was waiting on a package. Amazon informed me it was just delivered. Are your carriers marking delivered and are lazy to not bring to the door? I understand times can be hectic and a day or two can result in mistakes. But not months in a row. USPS keeps raising prices but my service is terrible.

I must commend an employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. I tracked a package that was to be delivered 7/5. Found the package was marked delivered. Called UPS and they confirmed delivery. I had no package. She told me to wait and call if not delivered by Friday and give my case #. Later there was a knock on the door and it was a worker who had found the package. The mail person had forgotten to leave it. He was on his way home to Ocala. He graciously took the time to stop by and drop off the package. A wonderful deed that should be brought to your attention. I had mail that was misdelivered , the lady I spoke with was very responsive, and the situation was handled quickly and very professionally. A + ...good customer service !

I had a postage price discrepancy at the Lake City Florida Post Office. I filed a complaint with USPS on their website, I was contacted by the Post Master, "George" from that branch, he looked into the matter and had the issue resolved in very short time. He was very polite and professional, and called me back twice regarding the matter, he refunded my overcharge within 2 days. I wanted to share this with the community and congratulate George on his dedication and professionalism and respect for the public.
