I put in a work order and request for my mail key as a new resident on May 18th. It is now June 9th and I still have NOT received a mail key after visiting the celebration post office once a week to check on the work order. I have spoken to 2 dissed ent supervisors and called the phone number daily with no one answering it. I need my mail!
I need help with a room reservation that was made to arrive on April 7 and leave on April 12, 2020 due to covid 19 the airports in my country closed and we could not get there, they indicate that I apply for change of date they would be so fine to help me to change the reservation

Original change of address confirmation letter received and dated January 31, 2020. Charles is missing his mail from Elefterakis Elefterakis & Panek, (EE&P) March 23, 2020. Both mails were addressed with our new address for Charles and Yvette; and was also confirmed both left New York on Friday. March 20, 2020. Yvette received March 23, 2020 and Charles mail did not arrive. (Case #07644622 for Charles Smaw).
Second, we need our mail forwarded to our new address, we paid our fee and received our confirmation (2 separate confirmation codes) letter dated January 31, 2020 (Case #07406530 for Yvette Copeland Smaw.) USPS customer service has escalated our address confirmation asking for feedback and survey to be completed. We will need to take further steps as soon as possible as there has been no resolve at this time. We will soon alert the proper authorities including Social Media to be sure we retrieve Charles mail that did not arrive on March 23, 2020 and also Charles Smaw and Yvette Copeland Smaw verified with official change of address be resolved. We are not getting packages delivered in Celebration. We're getting email confirmation. Yesterday one is missing. Today we received 1 of 2 packages that were ordered at the same time, shipped at the same time and confirmation of each one came within minutes of each other. This is not cool.

The clerk that we spoke with today (8/22/18) needs additional customer service training. We asked about obtaining a passport and (not very friendly or helpful) she explained they don't do passport at that location. When I asked where would we need to go - she said the Courthouse in Kissimmee. Not being familiar with the area I asked her where that was - she said 1 Courthouse Sq. I was still not clear in what she meant. I didn't know what she meant (again not familiar with the area). She not only gave the wrong address (it's 2 Courthouse Sq) but she could have explained that we would have to go to the town of Kissimmee - to the courthouse. When i said (yes in a very sarcastic way) you have been most helpful - she snapped back "well I did give you the address." Not very Customer Service friendly. She needs more customer service training - or should not be working the front desk. She represents the US Post Office!!!!!
