Just so you all know, i was told by the supervisor in the Michigan ave post office in kissimmee, fl. That the numbers that are on their websites, ARE FOR THE ASSOCIATES ONLY & NOT FOR CUSTOMERS!! I went up there to ask the same question of why no one answers the phones & this is what the supervisor told me!! So whats the sense of having the number on the websites?? You can email them & maybe get a better response!! ALL POST OFFICES ARE LIKE THIS FROM WHAT HE TOLD ME!! So if no one answers, now you know why!!
I am currently on vacation, and sent an item to the airb’nb with the host’s permission. I paid extra for rushed shipping. My item was returned to sender. I’m on vacation to Disney world, and I’m spending my day trying to get my package. The phone number does not work. I tried with different phone carrier’s, and it doesn’t work with any of them. Very disappointed.
The phone numbers they show on their websites, are not for customers!! The post office on Michigan ave, told me the numbers are for the employees & not the customers!! Kind of stupid to me, but thats what we were told by on of the supervisors after making a complaint about our mail carrier!! 🤷🏼♂🤷🏼♂

We sent a package to an airb'nb also, the package was scanned returned to sender addressee unknown. Then the recipient hoped to retrieve the package at the post office, and was told that it wasn't there. Apparently, our package now has been returned to Kissimmee for redelivery. Now that the recipients have left Florida... Sheesh, my beloved Post Office is going to Hell in a Handbasket!

We mailed a package since 7/8 in Celebration st. post office and still have not gotten the package to this day, 7/29z I’ve been calling the office and no one picks up the phone. At one point, someone picked up and hung up.
The package contained clothing, trophies, and other items that have sentimental value and hard earned money items.
We have called 30 times, not even exaggerating and phone was never picked up.
Such a sad case, the whole place even gave a me good vibes. Feels like a small hometown with good people.
Can’t believe with all the complains below, the FEDERAL seem to not do anything or be bothered about the problem/complains.
The number you call, is not for customers. The number they have on their website, is for associates only & not customers. I was told this at the Michigan ave office. It's pretty dumb, but thats why they don't answer because i tried to call also!!🤷🏼♂🤷🏼♂

I have many many many packages got returned to sender. I have no problems with UPS or FEDEX. Why they can find my address but not you guys. It all says undeliverable. Come on! And no one pick up phone call.
A package was delivered 2 days ago but was not left because of postage due. Yesterday I gave the postal worker the due amount and he said he would deliver the package today. No package was delivered and no one answers the phone at the post office. Where is my package?
Have tons of packages being shipped. I am getting messages of undeliverable. All the FedEx and UPS packages arrived. How can they find the house of 6 years but the post office cannot? I understand it says Way instead of Ave but again nobody else is having a problem. I called today 15 minutes after attempted delivery with Amazon on the phone and I got ‘Oh well’. Give me a break. There are so many options you could have given me. Now you have to send it back and I have to reorder for you to try again.
I put in a work order and request for my mail key as a new resident on May 18th. It is now June 9th and I still have NOT received a mail key after visiting the celebration post office once a week to check on the work order. I have spoken to 2 dissed ent supervisors and called the phone number daily with no one answering it. I need my mail!

Original change of address confirmation letter received and dated January 31, 2020. Charles is missing his mail from Elefterakis Elefterakis & Panek, (EE&P) March 23, 2020. Both mails were addressed with our new address for Charles and Yvette; and was also confirmed both left New York on Friday. March 20, 2020. Yvette received March 23, 2020 and Charles mail did not arrive. (Case #07644622 for Charles Smaw).
Second, we need our mail forwarded to our new address, we paid our fee and received our confirmation (2 separate confirmation codes) letter dated January 31, 2020 (Case #07406530 for Yvette Copeland Smaw.) USPS customer service has escalated our address confirmation asking for feedback and survey to be completed. We will need to take further steps as soon as possible as there has been no resolve at this time. We will soon alert the proper authorities including Social Media to be sure we retrieve Charles mail that did not arrive on March 23, 2020 and also Charles Smaw and Yvette Copeland Smaw verified with official change of address be resolved. We are not getting packages delivered in Celebration. We're getting email confirmation. Yesterday one is missing. Today we received 1 of 2 packages that were ordered at the same time, shipped at the same time and confirmation of each one came within minutes of each other. This is not cool.

The clerk that we spoke with today (8/22/18) needs additional customer service training. We asked about obtaining a passport and (not very friendly or helpful) she explained they don't do passport at that location. When I asked where would we need to go - she said the Courthouse in Kissimmee. Not being familiar with the area I asked her where that was - she said 1 Courthouse Sq. I was still not clear in what she meant. I didn't know what she meant (again not familiar with the area). She not only gave the wrong address (it's 2 Courthouse Sq) but she could have explained that we would have to go to the town of Kissimmee - to the courthouse. When i said (yes in a very sarcastic way) you have been most helpful - she snapped back "well I did give you the address." Not very Customer Service friendly. She needs more customer service training - or should not be working the front desk. She represents the US Post Office!!!!!
