I’ve called this place and they don’t answer the phone. I’ve actually called, got in my car and drove over there to look at a phone ringing with nobody answering it WTF. If you ever need any help good luck it’s just a bunch of people collecting a paycheck.

I live in Townscenter at keysgate. The mail is most of the time not delivered till 7:00 or 8:00 pm. The mail person has left packages on top of the bank of mailboxes. Today the bank was left open. Anyone could take mail from any of the mailboxes.

Post office is full of idiots!! Lost my package with the name and address on it. I cant call them because no one answers the phone and the tracking says returned for address verification. That was 3 days ago and it hasn't been delivered yet.

Can never deliver to the right address and I said what I said

Place full of thieves. Second package lost and there is no way to contact them

I was with the mail man yesterday I asked him that it say it got delivered he was in the phone talking to his friend and not even responding and it wasn’t delivered if it was where with who if I was with the mail man

Will lie and say packages are delivered when they are not, claim mailbox has "no access" when it does. When they mess up they refuse to admit it.

I constantly have packages that sit at that post office for 3-4 days before being delivered or they say they deliver the package and don't actually deliver, place is probably filled with thieves.

I had a package is supposed to be delivered today but the Carrie did not drop it off

Tracking a package scheduled to be delivered yesterday (out for delivery). I never received it. Tried tracking today on line - status not updated. Tried emailing USPS - service not available. Tried toll free number - only automated system. Tried calling Homestead post office 305-247-1556 several times and no answer until call goes to a fast busy signal. Every manner available to contact USPS and NONE of them work!!!

this place is hell on earth, I got put on hold for 50 minutes and hung up on called back 7 times to be hung up on, all by a machine so I had to drive there and get my certified mail, when I ask for it, they tell ME they don't have it, I ask lets look up the tracking # I have, finnaly they agree, then in the system it has the wrong address, boy did she jump all over me about that, that's why you didn't get it and I need to know where I'm having things mailed to, so we found the letter and guess what, it had the correct address on it, boy did the ball change courts, so I said I guess yall are the stupid MF that enter it wrong into the system this is a waste of our tax payers money and I hope like hell it closes down and 90% of them have to get on their knees and beg for a job

Service in too bad Is unasatable the service I was waiting 1 hour for a passport tramit, is unaseptable

I went to this post office to talk to the manager about how one of their delivery drivers treat packages and he would not take the complaint and kept sticking up for his employee even when I showed him the video of the employee just dropping the package on the ground not even bending over 1 inch and he denied it. I wish I could post these videos for people to see but not here. I'm going through the post office consumer affairs and complaint offices to see if anything can be done about this abuse and neglect.

Woman working there would not tape my shipping label on my box for me...she told me I needed to buy tape from them. I said something about how UPS does it and we don't give them any tax dollars and she tried to tell me to "Google it, that the post office doesn't receive any tax $$." Wrong! Congress allocates 100 million/year to the usps annually to help offset losses. Why are they in the red? Probably because they are rude to customers and won't even tape a label on a package. I won't be back?

Im calling to make an appointment for the passport and they keep me in hold 30 min so I call again and the same thing they keep me in hold, I bet is faster if I go to the post office to make the appointment, but I dont go because I have 3 kids with me 4 y, 3 y and 5 months ann I thought it will be easy for me to make the appointment by the phone. This service is so bad
