We are not receiving our mail. Neither is the house in front of us. She reported one item on informed delivery that said delivered but was not. We have important mail missing. Contacting the Postmaster General.

I ordered a 37.5 lb bag of dog food through Amazon. The postal carrier refused to deliver it and I'm required to go pick it up. Don't accept the money to deliver a package if you aren't going to deliver it! I live in a neighborhood with paved roads and concrete drive, zero reason not to deliver it. Hilliard post office needs to deliver what they are paid to deliver or find people that will.
