I have moved from Orange county to, in May of this year, Hernando, Fl. I have submitted a change of address ...and so far, have received all mail to this 'new' (May of 2019) address. Until now. I have a friend in Texas who sent me mail for Christmas that was returned to her, saying something about the address she put on the envelope, which was PERFECT, was not correct, so they returned it to her. We wonder why.... CAN YOU ENLIGHTEN ME?????? I will expect an explanation so I can tell her and alleviate her fear of sending me anything now because you refused to deliver her mail to me.

How do I get the carrier to leave packages at my front door rather than at the garage door? I don't have a bell to let me know if there is a package at the garage and am handicapped and very rarely use the garage.
