I changed the end date of a hold mail. I have checked online and the mail should have been delivered yesterday, 7/19/2022. Today is 7/20/2022 and I have still not received my mail. Please DELIVER!!!!

these people NEVER pick up the phone! A package they say they delivered to my home was not. The neighbors also have not seen it. Really?

This is not the 1st time that they said they could not deliver to my private address.. There are ZERO OBSTACLES preventing delivery. Absolutely ZERO.. But again received a message that delivery was attempted but had "NO ACCESS to LOCATION" - BS... Lazy Delivery People.. that's all..

Since our regular delivery person has been out with an injury, we have suddenly been missing some of our regular mail. For the first time in over 7 years we have gone several days without receiving any mail. While we realize some junk mail advertising has most likely been stopped during the pandemic, that would not explain some of our business correspondence not arriving. Others appear to have the same problems with this carrier.

This place is trash. I spoke with Andre the manager and he made many lies. No follow-up and told me my package was delivered. I don't know who they delivered my package too, but it wasn't me! The staff is rude, they don't answer the phone and don't deliver!

I live in Groveland and I rented a P.O Box closer to where I live. It has been over 3 weeks since the change. I have called over and over again, and every time I call they find a way to blame me or the mail carrier for not forwarding my mail. Now I guess the manager ran out of excuses, turns out it can take up to a month! How ridiculous! This isn't the first time I rented a post offie box. I never had this problem ever. Groveland has the worst service ever! I'm going to put a huge sign for the mail carrier to see hopefully it works! They need to hire entire new staff! I see all the reviews and how funny its nothing new!

The Groveland Florida post office has got to be the worst post office in the country. I have ordered parts for for my auto's and small equipment over the last year several times. Every time the part comes the lazy mail carrier refuses to put the parcel in the box, even if it will fit. they leave a paper asking for information about where to leave the package. I fill it out and they still refuse to leave the package. I know for a fact my latest package is in the post at this very moment, and has been for three days.when i ask what the problem is,they say they can't go more than 1/2 mile off a county rd. I live 3/10 of a mile off the rd. Then they say they can't open a closed gate.... my walk through gate is chained open. The only answer must be that my mail carrier is too fat and too lazy to do their job. WE NEED ANOTHER MAIL CARRIER, AND POSSIBLY ANOTHER POST MASTER. I also have tried calling.... they need to put the phone back on the hook during business hrs. I tried calling nineteen times today, 3/28/2019, between 11:20 am and 3:45 pm and it rang busy. I finally got it to ring through at 4:05 pm, but nobody answered. How is it that FedEX, UPS and Amazon have no problem delivering packages to my house on the porch. Something needs to be done....no wonder you are having to close offices for financial reasons.

I have a community mailbox, it is unknown if the carrier is the same person because the problems are always the same. Packages not delivered, mail put in wrong box and today when I checked mail, there was a key for one of the parcel boxes, when I inserted the key the whole front of the box opened, exposing all other mail boxes. Looks like the carrier failed to secure the doors when they delivered today. When I returned home I tried to call the P.O. but as usual only getting a busy line. Then I called the 1-800 number, and to address this through the automated system I would have to be on hold for more than 1hr. and they had the nerve to ask me to stay on the line to complete a short survey after the call. Guess what, I am not sitting on hold 1hr! Hopefully the carrier realizes they left it open and corrects that tomorrow? Hopefully my neighbor's won't loose any mail between now and then? I've lived in Groveland 10yrs, this P.O. has not improved in that time nor has it's employees. I've tried to contact the Postmaster on several occassions via phone and through process of complaint, but never have received a reply? If the Postmaster doesn't care, I'm sure there's no hope for change anytime soon! What a shame.

Over the last 2 months I have had 2 small packages (originating from DHL with delivery to be completed by USPS) that I was notified as being delivered to my roadside mailbox, however, no packages were present when I checked the box moments after receiving the notification of delivery. I don't know if the postal carrier is stealing the packages, or is just not delivering them to my box. I contacted the Groveland, FL branch and spoke with 4 different people on 4 different occasions, all promising that the Postmaster would contact me; never happened. I guess I will have to write to the US Postmaster General and file a formal complaint against the Groveland, FL Postmaster General and the Postal driver. Last year the Postal driver left a delivery/pick up tag in my box for a package, yet they had the tracking system send a notification of successful completion of delivery. I didn't get to take delivery until later that day, and I had to go to the Post Office to pick it up. USPS is fraudulently taking credit for successfully delivering packages that are not delivered to the recipient. I don't know if all USPS locations are doing this, but Groveland, FL is, and this should not be allowed.

I have a "community" mail box. Have had 2 packages NOT delivered. NO help from the Groveland Post Office - impossible to get them on the phone - always busy. This is a poor service postal service. I did a change of address back in mid September and I have only gotten 8 pieces of mail since then. Really USPS?

In in Dec 2015 we had our mail held for 21 days. When we picked it up they gave us a large white tub half full of mail. When I got home and went through it about 5% was our mail and the rest belong to other people in our neighborhood or farther away. We had multiple copies of junk mail like they just dumped it in there to get rid of it Terrible post office
