The Postmistress and staff at the Green Cove Springs Post Office are the best. They are courteous and friendly. I began sending packages overseas to my grandson, who was stationed on an aircraft carrier. They explained the forms that had to be completed. The first package I sent wasn't packed correctly, and they even took time to help me package it. These employees are the best!!

I was in the post office 12/04/18 and I was asking one of the ladies a question and she cut me off and told me to go back on the web site. She was rude and not willing to help me at all. She acted as if I was bothering her to do her job. GRRRRRRRRR.......... What ever happened to customer service???????????

This is the worst excuse for a Post Office. A FedEx SmartPost package was handedoff to the USPS in Orlando Thursday and headed to Green Cove Springs Friday morning. Tracking indicated it to be delivered Monday by end of the day. When it wasn't delivered Monday at 1:30pm, I went to the PO. The woman on the counter confirmed it was there, but couldn't release it until tomorrow...... This is rediculous... What would it have taken to process it and turn it over to me? Customer Service is NOT what the do here....

The customer service ladies in here are why postal workers are stereotyped. They obviously hate their jobs and their lives. I would drive 15 more miles out of my way then to deal with these women again.
