This post office is really awful, I need to change my address and they make me write a form which is fine, but they want me to get back in line just to hand it to them and that is it. wtf.

This post office is awful. I dropped a piece of mail in post box at noon to realize the box was completely full. I obviously couldn’t take out my mail but anyone could stick their hand in and pull out mail. They obviously are NOT collecting mail on a timely or possibly daily basis! Tried to call direct a dozen times to inform them to empty box as it is not secure. No answer. This branch needs a house cleaning of every over paid government employee.

Apauled at the rudeness of service I received this am trying to track a package sent 2 day priority that was to be delivered Friday and was perishable. The person who answered the phone this am, a man, I believe he said his name was Bob said he had no idea where my package was and that it was not delivered to a high rise and the person should have come to pick it up. First USPS delivers to this location mail room all the time and leaves packages, second NO notice was ever given so how would the recipient retrieve their package. I use USPS to ship all my product. This is by far the worst and in professional service I have ever received. Outcome after speaking with Destin was he has no idea where my perishable package is...maybe I should call the post office i sent it from and hung up on me!! I did call my local office and they are assisting me. Unbelievable! I am a business person and if any ever released my business in this manner they would be standing in the unemployment line. I am sure the union protects employees like "Bob". What a shame! Tammy Biser

The Saturday USPS Mail Carrier has damaged items the past two Saturdays (6 May and 13 May). Both times the carrier has forced items into the mailbox that did not fit and this resulted in damage to the items received. Our weekday carrier is fantastic and very professional and has never damaged our mail. My problem is with the Saturday carrier.
