I waited until after 9am on Friday to call the Deltona Post Office on Deltona Blvd, but no one ever answered the phone!!! I tried several times and I let the phone ring until I got disconnected!
I talked to our carrier several weeks ago about getting the delivery of out mail from the street to our door. My wife and I are severely handicapped and we are getting worse. In fact, this week, we only got the mail twice because we cannot walk anymore and it is a burden using a wheelchair!
The carrier told me to contact the post office and request a DISMOUNT! I tried but this post office does not want to answer the phone and the access to the lobby is NOT handicapped accessible, a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act!!!
Our neighbor just brought 5 letters with 115 Little Palm Dr on it . They were put in her mailbox and she is 115 Live Oak.she has told the carrier and the carriers response was” I have to go so fast it just gets mixed up , I can’t help it” Is that the mind set our the post office now!!!!

I was told by you that you found the truck that my package is on and would forward this to Jacksonville where my package has been sitting for a month. Bad enough that by buyers can hold me responsible for late deliveries and no the post office doesn't locate late packages
that is known where it is at. This truck also has other customers mail on it also late.
I guess like the rest on missing packages this one will end up like the rest NOT delivered.
Why do we bother.
My package was supposed to be delivered on 6-19 which it was not. I checked the status of my delivery which stated it was being held at the post Office per my request. I had never requested the post office to hold my delivery that I was waiting for, nor did I ever get a not saying that the post office tried to deliver my package. All because it was raining and the delivery person didn't want to get wet, and it was more convenient for the delivery person to bring it back to the post office
