I find the staff at the Dade City P.O. to be friendly and efficient. They know what they doing and what they are supposed to be doing. And they take good care of our mail. Thank you!

We held our mail in Informed delivery 6/11 to6/23 Confirmation # CAH397739970. Mail was delivered every day. Thank goodness our neighbor noticed it and saved our mail for us.

Ridge Manor service is horrible. Numerous packages haven't shown up but show delivered. Post office says "Sorry, our carrier says it was delivered, we'll try to located it for you." Missing Christmas cards, birthday cards, books, shoes, bills....if its a discretely labeled parcel it will show up OPENED... lady needs to be arrested. If the person scans you parcel 2 blocks from your house how can your package be delivered to you?

Mail driver delivery keep putting my mail and package in other people boxes, the address is on the cards or package why do you keep putting them on the wrong address that is not on the package . Im so tired of recieveing mail that is not mine and people around my neighborhood bringing mailing and package to my mail because it was put in the mail box . My road is old Suwannee and the mail I get is Washington st . which is the block away . Pay attention to the roads people this is the second time I this . I've been waiting for an important envelope for days called the company and said it had been send out to me. Well I never got it , yes it said it was delivered but to the wrong address again .

This is the second time in two weeks that I have had a scheduled pick up for priority mail. Neither time has been picked up. Now, for the second time, I have to take my package to the post office in the morning and express mail it. You guys are killing me with fees that I should not have to pay to cover your lazy worker.

Delivery card has incorrect phone number 352-567-6361, this is a fax number not sure to what,
then you call the 352 567 3969 no one will pick up, the automated 800 is not voice friendly. 3 billion in the hole per year, I wander why? customer service, customer service, and costumer service, is lacking.please USPS, don't promise what you cant deliver, at a loss, any other corp. would have gone under long time ago. under paid and over workforce will have little or no time for customer service.D.H.

From Glenn Hargrove: Got the following from a friend via email:
Thanks a lot for the belated b'day card. Sadly the arrowhead
didn't make it here. I got the pkg today, and the bubble mailer had clearly
been cut open at the end and was held together with a small piece of scotch
tape. The card was there but of course no point. I can't believe the PO has the
gall to deliver a pkg like this without even a comment. Some sorry ass postal
worker apparently blatantly stole it. No wonder they're going out of business.
It's a bummer because I would have treasured it as a gift from you. I gonna go
to the PO tomorrow and chew em out a little, ha.
Glenn Hargrove back again-this was mailed from our mail box. I know how tight security is at the post office so I would say the #1 suspect is the individual picking up the mail. I live at 9833 Misha Lane, Dade city, FL. The package was picked up on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. I am not happy about this-my best friend that I sent it to has little time left in his life and this was something I was doing to bring him some joy. Sending this just in case you have had other complaints for this particular mail individual.
