Attempted delivery on May 8 even though that particular address doesn’t accept deliveries during weekends . Since then no updates for that tracking number , nothing to show that the package was delivered or any other attempts for delivery . Calling your office is a dead end because all I got was busy signal after calling twice . An answer about the whereabouts of my package would be appreciated . The attempted delivery was on May 8 , 10:23 AM . The tracking number last digits #.....9687 Thank you

I ordered a package and there was a substitute driver yesterday and it didnt get delivered properly. I called today and the regular carrier made a special trip and brought the package to me. Thanks so much.

This is the third time within a month that I had mail to go out in the box and the mail was not taken. I live in a caldesac and it seems when the lettercarrier doesn't feel like come up our road no one gets mail and anything going out doesn't get picked up. Also I know it was in the box before they came for I put it in the night before and the Flag was up. Why is it that we are only getting deliveries when they feel like it? A lot of this mail is first class and very important to those that it is going too. I could see if it was once a month or so but now it seems to be at least once a week maybe twice. Hire more people .

I also have been having this same issue! The last postal carrier that was on my mail route just retired and thank goodness he did!! He had a horrible habit of not delivering mail at all on Fridays and some Saturdays. It could show that I was suppose to receive mail on the informed delivery but if it was a Friday or Saturday I could always count on not receiving any of that mail til normally Monday! And I do realize and know that sometimes the informed delivery isn’t always 100% accurate and I get that!! But I also have put outgoing mail in my mailbox Thursday night and would put the flag up! Come Sunday best believe my mail box had still not been touched! And this is not based on one incident, this is numerous times over the 6 years I have lived here!

each time my husband goes to the post office he stands in line and he has approx 10 packages that we need a receipt for. The lady is always very rude to him and tells him he is holding up the line...and that they do not make any revenue from our packages...the problem is we need a receipt for our prepaid package ( we were told over the phone) in case our packages are lost...she stated we HAD to use home pickup which we do not want to use...we have sent way over 4000 packages and we have never had this situation before. We have just recently moved to CRESTVIEW and do not find this very satisfactory

I have to say the Crestview Postal workers for all the faults stated, are working very, very hard for everyone. They stay late and come in early everyday at the start of the holiday season. If people thanked them more, you might find their morale improve. They also got rid of the problematic Mail Carrier misdelivering and damaging parcels.

These post office workers are the WORST!! The staff that works the front desk are the most lazy, inconsiderate, mindless, rude and oh yea LAZY people I encounter throughout the year. In my opinion they should be paid no more than minimum wage (and thats high). They refuse to look for any package even though its only 10' away and this is a common occurrence!! If I was not the decedent human I am I would attempt to shove cardboard, packing tape and stamps up each of their asp. Though it would be tough because their heads are already occupying said space. Thanks for nothing USPostalService!

Wow, Corey Gibbons must have had a really bad hair day. No excuse for that kind of ranting. Sounds like Gibbons demanded that someone look for a package while all workers were busy with other customers. Obviously did not wait their turn in line.

Rusty - I definitely didn’t have a bad hair day 2 years ago cause my hair is on point everyday. Demanded they find a package more like I asked for my package cause I’m at the post office. Duh. Ohh and didn’t wait in line..yea because I just cut right in front of people all the time. You must be an employ of the USPS cause you are really dumb.. For real

I have received a notice that an order was delivered 2/24 at 3:13 pm at my mailbox. It was an order of prostate supplement from Proaxil, shipped to Steven Campbell, 601 Wingspan Way, Crestview, Fl, 32536. Tracking # 9405511895309822695650. I'm not sure where it was delivered to but not to my lock box. Would really like to have my package of supplement, cost was $149.00, thank you for your service

I just want to thank all the folks at Crestview USPS for getting my Christmas packages to my son and his family today! We sent them priority mail on 12/16 and didn't hear a thing until this morning that there was a delay and wouldn't be delivered until 12/27. I was extremely disappointed until my son sent me a pic of both boxes delivered this afternoon! Thank you, thank you, thank you! And Merry Christmas from PA!!

My name is Bryan young. I had my employer send me mail by priority mail on Monday, December 16th and I have not received it yet. I would like to know why I paid extra for priority mail and after six days have not gotten any notice of it being received. This has been and inconvenience to me because it contained important work information that I need as soon as possible and paid for this in priority mail. I work for Linderlake communications ant the tracking number is 9405503699300267658266. Thank you my phone number is 904-687-4746 and my email address is bryanyoung@ windstream.net. If you will please contact me as soon as possible. And would like to be reimbursed for paying for priority mail and not receiving on time or at least being contacted. Have a good day.Sincerely,Bryan S. Young
