To whom it may concern, We live at 5500 Pioneer 19 Street, Somehow are mail is returning to return to sender. My credit card company has locked my credit cards. I am being told by the credit card companies. That the post office are returning our mail back. So, I ask why if we have been living here for the last past 5 years? Please can someone investigate on this issue? If you need any information you may contact me at, or at 786-738-1595. Please if I do not answered my call I will return your phone call. I was unhappy with the package delivery policies here in Pioneer. After a few short phone calls with the office staff, they understood what I wanted and we worked it out. The next I had a pleasant conversation with our carrier, "on a first name basis". She has had this route over 20 years and is personable and professional. I am happy and secure to have her as my carrier. I was also given information to be removed from the annoying and persistent Win Dixie + circular.

The packages do not leave them in the correct directions and lost packets and letters due to their negligence. In clewiston

POOR SERVICE!!! I sent a birthday gift to my daughters, who never received it even though the tracking info showed that it was delivered to the post office and the postmistress, Stacy, said she received it...she did not know what she did with it. UNACCEPTABLE!! I am out my money, my daughter is out her birthday gift, and the woman said "Maybe someone will bring it back." That's all. Incompetent!!!
