Why do you have a new mail person every day in Arcadia Village? My mail & a lot of people here are not receiving their mail,even when it says it was delivered.This is ridiculous. Have them do their job right or get rid of them.

Arcadia post office is not delivering my mail or packages I need to get my home back together after the recent storm. They claim my driveway is blocked. Yet, I go to work everyday, UPS has no issues delivering my other packages. No one else has any issue getting to and from my home, nothing is blocking my driveway or mail box. What happen to "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." I guess this does not apply to the Arcadia Post office. This is a failure of leadership!

Is the post office closed all this week or just Friday?

Our mail carrier is outstanding. Everytime I go into the post office the service is wonderful, very friendly and helpful.. I would rate them 10 stars plus.

Are handicap required to only get mail at street level

2 days in a row mail lady gets to Big Tree after hours in which she has to take our mail back with her. I expect to get my mail everyday there are always that I am expecting things since it has to do with business. She needs to reroute herself so we can get our mail. Our office distributes our mail so I am sure there are many whom she distributes so I would think that she would drop off our mail at a decent hour before our office closes at 4:30 pm.

This is the 2nd time in the past few months where my outgoing mail (bills) have not reached their destination. Do you know it costs almost $40 to stop payment on a check????? I have never had this problem before now. The mail is frequently late, after 5:30 pm and one day it was after 7pm and I live less than 2 miles from the Post Office. I always get mail everyday, whether it be junk or important. Now, I get nothing one day a huge amounts the next day. Are we not getting our mail put up timely? Something has got to give. I've tried calling the post office but never an answer. Very annoyed customer. Please fix this problem.

I am really getting tired of my mail not being delivered to my mailbox and when I talk to the supervisor I get different stories on the reason why! I go through this more then twice a month. Yes I live on a dirt road, however all of us have moved our mailboxes to satisfy our mail carrier and it’s still not Good enough. If I don’t receive my mail for some god forsaken reason give us a heads up so we can make other arrangements. All my mail are scanned and delivered to my email so yes I do know when I get mail and when I don’t. Getting my mail is like pulling teeth sometimes and I am over it. And this has been going on way before the COVID 19 pandemic!!!

Once again a package is shoved into the mail box so tight that it will not come out from the front. This is the third time in 2 months.

Really wish y'all wouldn't leave $200 worth of baby formula sitting out beside my gate in the rain with my letters with PERSONAL information on top of my boxes with my mail box 3 foot away. Least you could have done was put it in a bag over my fence that way people could not steal it Upstanding job smh

Our mail person said that our mail will not be mail until further notice. So is that a true statement and if so can we go to the Arcadia Florida post office and get our mail? I /we are waiting for some important papers that we are getting this week. Thank you in advance and look forward to hearing from you tomorrow.

I can top that, I sent a package Arcadia. It's been to St. Petersburg, Fort Meyers back to St. Petersburg then to Ybor City and now Sarasota. Still no Arcadia it's been in Florida for 4 days.

I have a package that was sent to the Arcadia Post Office, but it was suppose to be sent to the Nocatee Post.

I live on Joshua estates st in arcad is fla and I have two or three different mail carriers on the route and they all run at different times and I'm use to getting my mail in the morning and I have been having to wait until almost 2pm to get it could y'all pick a mail carrier a mail carrier and stick with that one and stop changing them out please

I didn't get my mail for two days I want to know why

Kudos to Mark who helped me today on the phone. It was a long call and he was very courteous & never demeaning. I often have a hard time explaining my situation and the kind man worked with me very patiently. Thank you!
