WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS POST OFFICE! Is this some kind of theft ring disguised as postal workers? First I see “someone” dressed in red shorts and a tie dye yellow shirt delivering mail into our mail boxes. Then I wait all day for a very expensive gift that I ordered for my grandson. Nobody came. The tracker says “can not deliver denied access” seriously! No such thing. Then it says to be delivered the next business day which would be Tuesday. SUNDAY morning early we hear a faint knocking on our door and by the time we opened the door this girl was already in the truck until we waved her down. When we looked at the tracker it said “no one eligible to sign for package” and a minute later she posted that the package was “returning to sender”! As I read these reviews from years ago it’s all very similar stories. For years now! I can no longer trust this Apopka post office to actually deliver packages or send mail that’s outgoing. Does anyone in authority ever read this stuff?

Awful! Received an alert from Amazon saying USPS carrier unable to gain access to front door..... I am home there is nothing but access to my front door. We have also had a package stolen, and mail always goes missing! I don't even go through USPS because of this, but Amazon used them and now I do not have my package! Get it together Apopka!

I have lived in Apopka for 60 years and never seen the service so bad. My mailbox is constantly being stuffed with other people mail. Mail that I have sent is not been delivered. Wish there was not a monopoly on the US mail.

No one ever answers the phone. I receive other businesses mail which look important. I receive a key to open up a larger mail box to receive packages; however, the key does not fit. Sometimes my packages are left in larger mail box and there is already a locked in the open position on that box leaving my packages completely available to anyone. Mail truck driver, if he actually delivers the package to the door, was on his cell phone yelling at someone, threw the package to my employee, and jumped back in his mail truck still yelling on his cell phone. Where do they find these employees? Why are they handling sensitive items i.e. as the public mail?

I have called and called and called and called, in an attempt to find out where my mail is and the phone either rings busy or rings off the hook then disconnects, without an answer. It is rather irritating to attempt to contact them, with no avail. I'm not checking on junk mail. I'm following up on checks that have been sent to me. What a pain!!!!!!!

I use Amazon. com on a regular basis with delivery guaranteed in 2 days. Because of the Apopka post office my delivery has been delayed by over four days and my order was received there 4 days ago. This had happened more than once. Amazon doesn't even know what's going on.

This post office is bloody incompetent. So many times I have had "failed deliveries" without any explanation why. I live down a dirt road so the mailbox is one of those communal ones at the end of the road and even if the package boxes are empty and my package will fit in them, sometimes they won't bother to deliver them and then I have to go to the post office to pick them up. One day, I even found my package box key on TOP of the box for ANYONE to take! Just today, I'm waiting for Christmas packages from my Grandma. Not only has it taken way over the amount of days it takes for two-day flat rate boxes to get here, but now they are marked "undeliverable" even when I KNOW one would have fit into the package box and there were NO OTHER packages in there! Even worse, my brother noticed that the mail person came down our road and happily used our driveway to turn around it, but didn't both to get out of the bloody truck to deliver our packages! Now I'm got to go down there on Christmas Eve and try to claim my packages before they are sent back to Texas. This is freaking Christmas! I'm tired of people not doing their bloody jobs! It's not fair that you can't change post offices unless you move.

This location never answers any phone calls whatsoever! They occasionally pick it up and then hang up without even saying anything. I wish there was a way to report this location, because the employees responsible should be fired immediately! USPS should have the best customer service, but this is not the case. The Apopka location gives the entire USPS a bad reputation in itself! You would think someone would at least answer your call and at least put you on hold until they could assist you further. The employees at this location are all very rude and do not take their job seriously at all. Horrible service!

This is the second time this week that my carrier left a "sorry we missed you" slip in my mail box, without making any attempt to deliever the package. the first time I called, I was told that she would redeliver. She did. She drove though my gate and across my lawn, and stopped right at my front steps! which also happens to be ontop on the septic tank! This is horrible service! I expect this to change.
