I’m not sure who is delivering packages on Sundays from the Felton office but this is the third Sunday delivered package that has been literally punched in to fit into my mailbox. 2 of the 3 packages contained glass items. Thankfully nothing broke as the carrier could have severely injured themselves. My driveway is literally less then 75’ from the road. My normal delivery driver puts packages on the front steps.
I have a handicap ramp with a delivery box at the top by the door. The postman who delivers to Little Heaven leaves my packages at the bottom of my handicap ramp. Are you really so lazy you have to cause pain to old disabled people? I will be filing an official complaint to USPS.
Lousy. The package was properly addressed and the mail person said that it wasn’t and was returning to sender so as soon as it showed up in my email I immediately called the post office and let them know to redeliver but returned the package. This is why almost every time I order something I would rather pay more to have UPS or FEDX deliver.
Wheres my two packages it says was delivered in my mailbox??? I believe were probably put in one of my neigbors I'd have to assume. I really need my packages.
This Felton De Post Office is the absolute worst, I have 2 dogs, 8 months & 9 months old, they are in a enclosed 6 ft tall fence, and because our mail carrier had been attacked @ somepoint in there life, they will not deliver any packages to our house. I have no problems with fed ex , Ups, Amazon, ONLY USPS, SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING
This is hands down the WORST USPS I've ever dealt with. I don't know if it's the "leadership" of the post master or the outright apathy of the team working there, but I've never seen a less organized or more ineffective post office than this one. The town of Felton has 1,400 people and this office in particular has a staff of at least 6 that work in the building. Keep in mind, this is the same amount of staff I've seen working in towns with around 15,000 population. This particular location needs a leadership change. Desperately.
Came in for two books of stamps December 27th around 230pm ask for Urban books of stamps the girl at the counter quickly got an attitude with the nasty smart reply we on have black or Africa stamps I corrected her polity no miss Urban she then slammed a few books on the counter and a racist reply N word stamps has a lot of names I was taken back at her boldness. reply I've had my cell in hand recorded and videoed these horrific events the two other people in line couldn't believe what she said as well and then repeated it i got one book my receipt change with out further saying anything. proceeding out the door rush the cell to the attorney ASAP so follow up with felon post office supervisor regarding government employee of the bold racism behavior that was very disappointing at a government post office towards customer she had has no business being employed at a professional government position at all this behavior. will be posted on all social media. if this girl is not fired or suspended ASAP.
Not happy with your service at all. Today, 4/3/18 at 5:26 pm, I called and spoke with a man named John. I explained to him that my disabled sister's check had not arrived being it due for delivery on the 3rd of each month. John seemed to be more annoyed with me calling than to help me. I asked questions, he gave no resolve or answers to what I needed. He claimed to be a supervisor, but I have never spoke to anyone there that had such short and disheartening answers as he did. The only explanation was, and I quote, " We deliver what we get here, if it's not here, then we can't deliver it".
For the 10 years that she has been living here, her check has been here on the 3rd each month. John did not offer to look for it, to ask of it may been left at the post office, or if it had been sitting aside and not sorted. I am very dissapointed in the post office practice.
You returned an important document back to me. Your sticker read " Return to sender insufficient address unable to foward". However, I verified the address is correct with the recipient. You have caused a great inconvenience! So I tried to call your phone and no answer after 60 min. hold today. Terrible service at Felton P.O. is so noted.
Had a package due for delivery on 06/13/2015, didn't arrive. The package didn't arrive on the 15, 16 or 17th either. Called this post office since it covers our area and received a busy signal, tried five more times in an hour span from 10:20 to 11:20am and it's the same. Tried the toll free number and that was just a darn joke, it was a circus that just lead me on and on and after I finally got through to the option to talk to a live person I was put on hold for about seven minutes and then hung up on.
