ZERO. This used to be my favorite post office but I just received the most RUDE treatment I’ve ever gotten at any post office ever in my life. I’m trying to mail 30 holiday cards in a standard envelope size that are a tad poofy. At first they were rejected because of their width and the woman stated that they were packages and would cost 5 dollars to ship A PIECE. I indicated that it was cardboard and I could flatten it if the air to fit the standard letter width (a device that measures the width that if you can fit it through, it’s a letter.) Once I flattened it and fit it through the slot easily, she still refused to accept them and would not explain to me why. I was patiently and politely asking her, if it fits through the slot, and it’s light, what makes it a package? She would not answer. She offered no other options or help. She was hostile from beginning to end. I understand how difficult people can be as I’m a waitress, but I wasn’t being rude and needed help. Then she said, “I said what I said,” and stormed off to the back like a child. The supervisor was not there for me to speak to at 3:30. No one helped me after she disappeared. There was a long line behind me and the only other person working there was completely busy. What a disappointment.

I had an appointment today on November 20th 2020 at 12:30. I arrived on time however I only upon my arrival I have only found one employee working with a customer. After waiting for my turn, she told me at 12:38 that I was late. When I explained to her that I was not I was standing right there waiting for her and for reschedule details. She told me screaming in front of customers "I am not in the mood for this, I am not dealing with it" and that she wrote me off as late at 12:35 when I was in front of her. She was very rude and disrespectful when I was very calm. Having a bad day does not escuse screaming at a customers.
