I have a temporary change of address effective 4/1 and have yet to receive any forwarded mail while mail is still coming to my previous address. What is the hold up?

I work at 300 M Street SE and we don't get our mail the whole building what is going on with your carrier this is a business in which we get mail every day and packages and they are being held up by your carrier and what he is saying is he can't find the address when checking on the packages something needs to be done about the service you are doing not a good look and when you call you all no one answer the phone

This is for the powers that be. Please check into the carrier that services South Carolina Ave., SE WDC 20003. It's between 10th & 11th. My bills are not arriving. Something is astray. I spoke with the carrier who became indignant towards me. Please check out what is going on. I was not rude to him. I just want my bills.

Recently, a paperback book was distributed in our mailboxes -" The Great Controversy" by Remnant Publications. It was tossed in our trash cans by many of our 445 residents and we will pay to get rid of it. My question is why is it distributed by the Post Office without any name/ address on it? I assume you get paid for distribution. Thank you. Judith Claire
