This is one of these worst Post Offices I've ever experienced, they open late, long lines, not enough employees working at the windows. No supervision.

I am waiting for my package that was to be delivered on 08/17/2020, but they said they had a problem and will deliver it the next day which was 08/18/2020, but the next day came and they claim they had a problem getting in the building. I don't know how when my building don't have a lock on the door and I've been home for the last 3 weeks. It's funny how I can receive packages from Fed-Ex, UPS and others but not the USPS that's crazy to me. when everybody else can get in the building but not the USPS. Even with that the package is not that big that they can't put it in that big box outside they put everybody else packages in there.

I'm looking for a package 📦that was tracked to this post office, I can't talk to a human being, plus I live walking distance, I just want to talk to someone so I can pick my package 📦up. Small packages are being delivered any not larger items. I know covid19 is going on, but it's irresponsible of postal system to delay deliveries over 20 days, item just saying arriving late, while just sitting there

I am very disappointed with the telephone response! I called several times and no one would answer the phone. I was simply trying to track my package.

I need to know, who do I talk to about not receiving my packages. My regular Mail Carrier is great but, if he is out I dont get my mail. I am expecting a package that said it was left at door or on porch Saturday Jan. 6,2020 but thats not the case. I looked all around the house & nothing is there, I tried to call Benning Rd which is my main post office & the phone just rings & I havent seen my regular carrier to ask who took his place because I have dogs so I know it didnt get delivered because the Mail Carrier would be laying there with the package. My regular Carrier knows where to leave a package if Im not home, Im just trying to find where they left it or if they took it back to the Office.

The person who acts on the behalf of the regular post person for the block of 2900 Nash Place SE 20019 is always on her cell phone instead of doing her job. I was supposed to have a package delivered to me from DSW, but my email said delivered at 10:46 am July 22 but not too me. I am also sick and tired of getting other people’s mail in my box. Please do something about this money is hard too come by. I bet if y’all u all took half of their check every time this happen they would improve.

My mail is placed in the hallway outside of my mailbox for some odd reason, and I live in an apartment. The other day I came home and my check was in the hallway!!! I am so upset and I tried calling several times and no one answered, the phone just kept ringing. Who do I talk to about this situation because I have already had several packages stolen.

My mail is placed on a chair on the porch so the wind can blow it away. I have mail slot in the door.

It would be nice if some one would answer the phone. I am missing two packages and neither this location nor the river terrace will answer the phone. Unnacceptable customer service.

What's happening with our mail? Haven't seen the mail in my neighborhood since the 2/12/14. Spoke with some other folks in the same area, and got the same response. No mail.
