Good Morning, Today I went to the Benjamin Franklin Post Office and had to ask the lady at the front desk if she could stamp my certified mail after I paid for the mail, which it also happened a couple weeks ago. When it happened a couple of weeks ago, I asked a different postal worker if she could also stamp my certified mail and she said that all the information was there maybe she meant in the receipt, but she seemed really busy maybe she didn't have the time to do it. Are they supposed to stamp all certified mails? It is very important for small businesses to get our certified mail stamped, but it seems like some employees might don't know about that or I will just keep asking them, which it is a bit annoying.
