I recently moved to Windsor. Every single piece of mail that I have placed in the mailbox for pickup has either been discarded on the ground or has not been picked up. I put the red handle up every time to signal that I have mail that needs to be picked up. The mailman is intentionally putting the red handle down and discarding my letters on the ground or leaving in the box for days and weeks at a time. This is becoming an issue as I have important documents that are placed in the mailbox. Please advise and address this problem promptly. Thank you.

I receive a call on Tuesday saying my package was flagged and the employee threatened me telling me to consent for him to open package and since I don’t have nothing to hind I allowed them to ... So this morning I received a call from my son that the money wasn’t there... these peace of shit postal employees stole his money which was for his rent but I’m not leaving this alone.!

You did not bring the 2 pkgs that you left a slip for when you came yesterday. I arranged to have the the pkgs brought today, 1/28/20. They required a signature and I was 2 doors down yesterday. I arranged, online, for them 2 be brought today. They were NOT. These are my anti-seizure medications. What is the problem? Amanda Bullard 235R Main St, Apt 40 East Windsor, ct 06088 860-869-9250

No wonder conservatives target the Post Office so often. At my office, the post office guy talks to the girls at the front desk. Prob the same for the other 20 floors. FedEx and UPS just drop and pick up. And at my house, FedEx and UPS deliver to the door. USPS breaks my mailbox stuffing packages. I hope you guys go under

At a time when most news is bad, work is leaving the country, jobs are uncertain, and most of us are disappointed in our government and its services, there is a bright light at our post office in Windsor. The people that are working for us there could educate the rest of us in costumer service. Not once but twice I was not home to sign for a package I had been waiting for and tracking on line. Our post office closes at 5 and I didn't get there till 6 once, and this last time 6:45.The first time one mailman helped me track down my mailman, who was still working,so I could go pick up my package from his truck, all after hours. The second time I found a different mailman out back unloading his truck, obviously after hours, and he to stopped what he was doing to find my package and bring it out to me' I signed for it and was on my way.Every time I was greeted with a big smile and a I can help you. What if you where treated this way everywhere?Nah! but I do appreciate it when it does happen.
