I had a horrible experience at this post office earlier today. I was going to get my passport photo taken and an employee with brown hair and a chubby face said that she couldn’t do it because they were “too busy”. And I understand if I had just walked in but no, I had scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this post office and I highly encourage everyone to find another post office with better and more organized service all their post office related business.


I'm so disappointed! For the first time ever, my December 5 mailing of packages are not delivered promptly. In fact, they just reached New Jersey. One was for Colorado and one for Texas. BAD service. Why did you hold them so long?????


I would like to take this opportunity to let u know how helpful your p o employee, Denise, was so helpful today!!!!!Although she could NOT locate my order form submitted, Aug 2nd for stamps, she took down my ph # !!!! I recently sent in ANOTHER ORDER FORM for stamps by mail this past Monday.....Aug 19th... she could not locate that one!!!!! My question to you is why is Palomba Dr, Enfield, CT listed on the order for STAMPS WHEN IT GOES RIGHT TO BRADLEY !!! I am disabled and rely on the mail for my stamps....either CORRECT the address or have new forms issued.....Thank you, kindly.....Paulette Dumais
