I put a fully addressed and stamped envelope in the mailbox box on Saturday. Flag up. My son has been getting the mail and noticed the envelope wasn’t taken so he would put it back and put the flag up. (He is 8). I went to retrieve the mail today (Wednesday) and the envelope is still there. Wtf USPS?!? This was a time sensitive item that would have been to the location on time. Train your carriers!!!

Always get my packages delivered. Laughingly I always heard people happy stopping in for service along with the counter purchase.

In the past my mail was always delivered in the morning, now it comes late in the day around 5 PM. I don't know why this change happened, but I wish the post office in Vernon would reconsider delivery the mail in the morning. Address is on Summit Circle off Windermere Ave., Ellington.

I paid extra for shipping to receive a package on April 25th, this past Saturday. I have the tracker for it and it says it’s been at the Vernon post office and ‘it’s on the way.’ I live in Ellington.. 8 minutes from Veron. Why and how have I not received anything?

For the fourth time in a year I have ordered something and followed the tracking (USPS) and the item has been scanned as delivered and it is not . Tired of having to call the PO and waiting for redelivered . You would think with all the computation out the Post Office would try doing a better job .

I spoke with the Postmaster @ the Veron Rockville post office re. a package I had sent to Veron from New York. By error I had addressed the package using the wrong house #. Joe was extemely helpful, and along with his staff found my package & delivered it to the correct house. During our 3 phone conversations, Joe was courteous, very understanding and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you so much to Joe and staff @ the Veron Rockville Post Office.

Called in from out of state inquiring about mail delivery, I found them to be courteous and prompt with information.

I am not getting my packages even though the post person stated that it was. This is the 3rd time in 2 wks!! I have ordered and received many packages in the past so I cannot understand what the problem is. I will be filing a complaint.

I am getting extremely upset with the postal service I am receiving. I never received my phone bill for November, which fortunately I discovered in time to call and get a figure before it was late. Now I had to call on a medical bill to find it had been mailed 15 days ago from Shelton,CT. Since when does it take 15 days from there to Ellington? Obviously, it also went among the missing. How is it after 41 years at the same address my mail is being lost all the time? There's no way I can keep track of what I don't know about. And I shouldn't have to constantly track regular monthly bills. Both my name and number are on my mailbox, , so why is my mail not delivered correctly?

Probably putting your stuff in the wrong P.O. Box. I get wrong mail quite often in my box and I always give it to the clerk if they're still open or I drop it back in the mail slot. Apparently some people aren't doing that.
