I have not received a few packages because it is being delivered to an other 15 South Rd. This South Rd needs a apartments number. I live in mobile home park .. This is a problem.. What can be DONE??

Great job Southington Post Office, especially Jerome. My packaged was tracked to the Southington Post Office and then I received an Alert saying it was being returned to sender. I called the post office and within 30 minutes Jerome had the situation resolved and my package will be delivered tomorrow. Thank you very much.

I just want to thank the wonderful people working in the Southingon, CT Post office. I sent a package to my son in Colorado and it got bounced everywhere BUT Colorado. It ended up in Southington and I was desperate to locate it and get it to my son. Spoke with Alex a lot, and he was awesome! He jumped through hoops to find the package and finally got it routed back to Colorado. I also spoke with a lady named Diane who also gets kudos for her patience, knowledge and assistance. I say if you ever have to go through the stress of lost packages at Christmas time, keep your fingers crossed that they end up in the Southington, CT post office! haha. Thank you All VERY much! I mailed a book on May 5th from Mustang OK. It was addressed to Wade Honohan, 12 Hillside Court, Brookfield,Ct 06489. The zip for Brookfield is 06804. Will this be changed by your postofc and redeliverd to Brookfield Thank you so much.
