Terrible experience with one of the staff members who was not even working with us. The staff member who was assigned to help us, had asked my husband to re do part of the form and then he went inside attending another task, suddenly another worker peaked at the form and yelled at my husband for doing what the other staff member instructed him to do. She repeatedly used condescending remarks lacking any professionalism. Using the right tone and language is just one aspect of a great customer service attitude, our experience today was definitely the worst!

I was informed by phone that I could take my husband's application for a passaport without him being present. However, I went to the South Windsor US Post Office and the lady who was making passports was very rude to me saying that she didn't believe that somebody told me that. She was very sarcastic since the moment I asked her about the passaport's line. That was a very uncomfortable moment, even because other people could hear her. I could understand if somebody wouldn't tell me to go there, waste my time and feel uncomfortable on how staff treated me.
