this post office has shipped my package in the wrong direction by several states, left pckages sitting for days before even sending them, and lied to me on the phone about mail (that would be going to say mass from ct) now “goes through jersey to be sorted”) BS. 0/5

I work for the post office(not in Plainfield). Terrible customer service and the employees don’t care. Mailman hit my new mailbox again. Just want it fixed but will never happen since even the postmaster sucks

we have disabilities and it is very hard to get packages out of our mail box, some are in there so tight that we need someone else to remove them . we put a note attatched to the mail box to please bring boxes to the steps of our house some times they are there, would this be a problem? thank you david a goddette

Very disappointed that the hours posted are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and when I go to the office there is a hand written Post It note that says open at 8:30. And Saturday hours until 12:30??? Not when I went last Saturday....
