I can't say enough how great they are. Especially Bill. He goes over and above his normal duties and with a smile and good cheer. They are the best and a terrific example of the postal service.

I live on Lathrop Ave. My packages seem continuously tampered with. Mostly the Tea from tealyra. Ordered Yunnan black dragon pearls, got black dragon pearls not from Yunnan last week. $60 for a pound of tea. The imperial golden monkey taste pre-steeped, like pre-chewed gum, ain't no flavor, or caffeine for that matter. Something going on between Amazon and my house. Thank you for your time and support
