This is the 2nd time within a month that we did not receive our mail due to “no access to delivery location”. I even watched the truck as it stopped at our row of mailboxes, so there clearly was no issue. I am very upset because I paid 2 day shipping for a very important reason! That small package contained medicine that I need. This is simply laziness. Now due to the Holiday weekend I can’t get my package until Tuesday when I should have gotten it on Saturday.

If comments "are not read by postal employees," what is the purpose? Those doing their jobs well don't get feedback, and those NOT doing their jobs well don't have an opportunity to improve???

I sent a letter to my brother in April who just moved to a new development on Gatehouse Road in Granby. It came back with a stamp "NO SUCH ADDRESS" . I resent it noting new address and it cam back a second time. As the USPO, you should be up to date with new address and developments. I should be reimbursed the cost of the stamp.

Continue To have the same problem year after year with them bending important documents and large thick magazines.
Despite numerous discussions with several post masters and complaints to the main branch and I know posted for my carrier in there sorting box not to bend our mail they continue to do so.
Is it too much to ask to able to read a magazine without having it bent?! some of them are ruined!
Documents I got today - creased down the middle -absolutely ruined!!

So now I have two packages that I paid extra for expedited shipping and they never even attempted delivery at the address where I regularly receive my mail. The service sucks. They have committed acts of fraud by falsifying the status of delivery.

This post office is a problem. I have one package that was sent 2nd Day which was marked as "undeliverable." The latest package was sent priority mail and was listed as "out for delivery." I stopped the mail carrier after he delivered my mail and he stated that the package was not on the truck. It apparently is still in the post office where it will be until they open again on Monday. The postal service wants to compete with UPS and FedEx for package delivery, they should start by delivering packages. The service sucks. I will make sure that I do not use USPS for any package deliveries in the future.

This post office absolutely SUCKS. I have a delivery tracking number that states: " Arrived at post office at 8:45 AM" and that the item was "Delivered In/At Mailbox" at 8:52AM". Boy over four miles in less than 7 minutes. Oh and I'm sure they ran a special route to my house. LIARs. A week later, I never received another eBay item which the liar mail carrier claims was delivered.
