Theft of mail from INSIDE the office on multiple occasions….no one will do anything about it!

Just an alert that all the doors that control all the 32 mail boxes at The Oaks were left open this afternoon. They contained a recent mail delivery.. I slammed the doors shut so no access to my neighbor's mail was possible.. It was unsettling to say the least.

This is the second time the Commerce Drive station has mishandled a request to "Hold Mail". I had requested my mail held for the past 4 delivery days, and that I would pick up at the Post Office. There was no mail collected; I returned home to find 4 days worth of mail stuffed into a very small condo-provided mail box. Apparently, the mail HAD NEVER BEEN HELD, per my submitted instructions personally handed in to a window clerk. Is the USPO hiring according to ability, or according to diversity?

Just an FYI recently we have experienced mail delivered to our mailbox addressed to a neighbor much more frequently. Today we received 4 pieces of mail intended for our neighbor. There was no mail in our box intended for us, so it is possible our mail was delivered elsewhere as well. Perhaps the carriers are distracted , some seem to be constantly on their phone while making deliveries. Maybe a reminder to the carrier would be timely. Thank you for your attention to this mattr.
