More than once my package has been "delivered to mail box" but this never seems to be the case. My neighbors always seem to get MY MAIL and do not realize it. My package was not delivered but my mail was.. this does not add up. On top of everything I called them more than once and was hung up on every time. Unreliable and upsetting.

I had two packages deliver today and on my Outdoor security camera I caught the mail man throwing my packages onto my porch. Not placing them, but throwing them. He simply could have placed them on one of the front steps or in front of my garage door. I have the video saved. Please ask your associates not to throw peoples packages. That was incredibly disrespectful.

A mail truck backed into our yard this morning, got stuck and completely tore up our property. The driver’s name was Nick and he refused to give us his last name. Another truck came and pulled him out of the yard. They left huge ruts in the road said nothing and just left. We want our yard repaired now. I’ve called the office repeatedly and just get a busy signal.

The help is becoming more and more unreliable.. I have 2 inches of snow on my driveway and they refuse to deliver.. I am unable to get to the post office. All other carriers have no problem it's always just the post office alone with all the miss file mail that has been happen fir the past two years.. I am not using this service again
