Postal Locations

I had a package set to deliver for 2/28 from amazon, it surprisingly said it was delivered early. That was not the case. The package was not left at the front door nor was it left in the mail box (40 Commodore Commons, Derby CT 06418). I called the post office yesterday and was told that the message would be given to the manager. About an hour goes by (i know things happen and it gets busier at the end of the day) I called over and the "manager" not even sure who it was, was extremely rude and said "umm, im dealing with something, i didn't know i needed to call you immediately" extremely uncalled for in the tone that was delivered to me ESPECIALLY since this is a package i PAID FOR and was marked as delivered and it in fact was not. Now i have no idea where it was "delivered" to and i am also out of money at this point. I called the Derby post office just now and no one can give me an answer as to what happened with my package or where exactly it was delivered to and im told "I dont know what else to do for you" to say that the customer service and the attitude that came along with it was uncalled for is an understatement.

Called here for help, they were quick and nice to reply, but then afterward very rude to me and yelled "yeah, thanks bye" and slammed the phone down... I couldn't even answer, I was in the middle of still talking actually, good quick answers but EXTREMELY rude, I'm pretty dissapointed
