Today is 12-23-21 and I still have not received my package. What time are you delivering this?

Went there a few days ago and asked about getting a passport. The lady that we talked to was very rude. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service they provide.

I've been trying to call for over an hour and get a busy signal. My packages often don't get delivered when they are supposed to.

Told me I should use Middletown post office to drop off packages because I live in Middletown and my zip is there. I work in Deep River and use my lunch to run errands. Middletown is closed when I leave for work and by the time I get home also. Sorry if you don't get credit ??? for the packages but I pay a lot of money for postage and you ARE a post office. Very RUDE.
