USPS drivers should NOT be walking around pepper spraying dogs while delivering mail . I opened the door to let my roommate in the house and my dog snuck out to say hello and immediately the delivery person got scared with no hostile act and sprayed her several times with pepper spray . This is unbelievable and unethical. I work with people and if I was to pepper spray every person that makes me feel unsafe I’m sure I’d be in jail . My dog now will not stop crying and can’t open her eyes !

Knowing we have a new postal delivery person, We are concerned about our delivey service. Seems like others get our mail and we get others mail. Not getting our car tax bill, we call the tax office to find out they mail bill on June 30 of the year. We received out tax bill on July 17, 2023. Very seldom have we gone days without mail, especially junk mail. Seems like latelly it goes days where we do not receive mail. Is there a problem. What does it mean when a pkg. Is at the PO but it is pending acceptance and not scanned for three days ?

All of the phone numbers for the Bristol Tennessee post office are incorrect they are not working numbers and it is impossible to get a working number for the post office which is truly not appropriate for 2020. The fact that I cannot reach anybody at the post office to ask simple questions is truly outrageous.

I’ve been waiting for over a week for my paycheck . My employer said my check was mailed out last week . I like in the same city as my state and all WHERE IS MY CHECK ?!

Very disappointed. Tracking info says package was delivered but it was not. Your phone service allows for no other questions. Terrible service.

Weekly wrong mail and packages delivered to wrong address. We have less then 35 units and mail is put in wrong lockers and packages also put in wrong lockers. USPS service is not only slow but poorly done.

You do package pickup and they ignore it. DAYS in a row, over and over again. Then one day, out of nowhere, it gets picked up, and it starts all over again. Are you going to pay my late fees for your negligence USPS?

I'm not sure what is going on yet the post man that delivers on Ferraro drive is leaving our packages by the mail box and its Christmas !!! My son's diamond bracelet that he ordered for his girlfriend was in this one ! We work all day and if my daughter didn't happen to be home anyone could have taken it. She said he sits in his truck and beeps the horn and if you don't come out he leaves it there. So much for paying taxes ! If this is not resolved I will be going higher up and reporting this to the better business bureau. I expect an email on what's being done about this. Mrs. Sargent

Terrible service! They always leave my packages out in the snow and rain, at the end of my driveway in a puddle of water. They've never covered the packages in plastic, so the boxes are drenched through by the time I get them. I can't even begin to tell you how many things have been irreparably damaged (clothes, books, valuables) after sitting in the rain unprotected. It's common knowledge that packaged be protected with plastic in the rain and snow. Every city and state I've lived in has done this. The delivery workers in Bristol must be half witted or they just don't care.

I haven't received any mail on divinity street for over a week and the majority of the street is clear...This mail person is the laziest i have ever seen!!! Do your job!!! Even in the warmer months he is constantly on the cell phone, loud and obnoxious and RUDE!!!! If I could suggest one thing for the USPS in Bristol area, replace or retrain your delivery people!!!

Last week we had snow and iv been on top of walk way and side walk sanded and treated if I could post a pic I would but I can't we. Got a new delivery person and she not doing her job. ( Lazyness ) I've done mine the best. Have with no salt available our tax dollars pay your salary I need my mail 33 Atkins

I love how our mail delivery is never at the same time that's even if they decide to deliver it after 5pm on a Saturday and still no mail and this happens all the time not just once in a while

THE TRUCK DRIVERS NEED TO CLEAN THE SNOW AND ICE FROM THEIR TRUCKS BEFORE DEPARTING FOR DELIVERIES. I HAD $1000 in damage to my car from a truck that didn't clean the top as the law requires. TAKE THAT ADDED TIME TO KEEP RESIDENTS SAFE.
