Postal Locations

We used to have Kevin as our postal carrier. We have had a new carrier for about a month. He always seems to be on the phone when he is delivering mail and has given us the wrong mail 3 times already. we are.on Aceto Street.

I paid $7 for a complete Certified letter to becsent. Letter was returned to me with a yellow tag and the new address. I was advised by Postal Superviser Chris Burel in Branford PO on Park Ave. that I lose the $7. I stated the PO knew the new address but could not forward it. He stated the time was expired. He then stated that the PO has costs like gas and manpower and their services must take the PO overhead in their services. I feel this was very poor. I paid $7, PO knew the forward address and because of time expired and PO overhead, I lost my the $7. At least the supervisor could have done was resend the letter regular mail. Very poor and one reason PO is losing customers. Shame. Did more harm to the PO reputation and PR.
