In an attempt to reach an agent, the phone rang for ten minutes and then disconnected :(

I am thankful for our team at the Post Office in Monument! They have gone above and beyond to help me for years. Today as I was getting my father in law's mail to forward to him due to an illness, I was deeply touched at the level of concern and professionalism I was given. I hope we always have a local post office with real faces and names we can greet!

Our mail is consistently sent to the wrong address even though our address is clearly marked on the envelope. Service from this P.O. has been horrible for the last 2 or 3 years and nothing seems to be done about it!

I have waited for two weeks for the death certificate of a family member sent to me on June 12th. The mailman delivered it to the wrong address and it sat in their mailbox because they were out of town

I left mail in my mailbox to be picked up on Saturday. Guess because I didn't receive any mail the mailman was way too busy to pick mine up. Such poor service.

Mail person did not close mail box door and mail was wet from afternoon rain. We appreciate the demanding service USPS provides and enjoy occasional friendly interchange with carriers. Box door needs to be closed for many obvious reasons, but especially during inclement weather conditions. Thank you.

According to USPS tracking, you received a package for my wife on March 31. I went by to check on it on the 6th, the clerk couldn't find it, took my contact information and said someone would call later after a better search was done once things quieted down a little. Never heard from anybody and today is April 14. Thanks for nothing.

what is going on with your new carrier on Bowstring? I didn't realize it, but the neighbors have been getting my mail for weeks and stopped over yesterday to give me a box full of mail.... that includes a medical bill that has now gone to collection that I didn't know about.... Further, the other neighbor on the other side of me said that he was told by the new carrier that his mailbox was too low. Are you kidding me... it's the same height as all the others on the street. He thinks he was treated this way because his family is of Indian decent. he didn't want to file a formal complaint, but I will... he has since raised his mailbox... now higher than all the others on the street... but says he still is missing mail.... routinely we get his mail in our box. I'm thinking of filing a claim against the postal service for mishandling US mail... its costing me money and my neighbors racial stress. I recommend a supervisor get involved quick and let bowstring residents know what is being done about this.

Your new carrier is a disaster. I have lived on Woodmoor Dr. for 25 years. Never missed mail delivery. Several days in the past several weeks, no mail. When it is delivered it is after 1730. Used to be at 1200-1300 for over 20+ years. See the truck at 0800 on Woodmoor across the street going East. What’s up? The previous carrier was a jewel.

There is a problem with the mail coming to Woodmoor Acres Drive. I should have received some things in the mail recently but now I am concerned that they have gone to a neighbor due to the delivery driver. The mail man who comes to Woodmoor acres has messed up our mail and put it in another persons box the last several times. I do not trust this mail man anymore and highly recommend that he be replaced with someone more competent and someone who will not rush through the mail.
