We discovered our mailbox left wide open today. We live in an apartment complex so we are the only ones with a key except for the postal worker who delivered our mail today. One letter was just sitting in our open mailbox. So you either just shoved a letter into our open mailbox, or left it wide open and someone stole all our mail, leaving one piece of junk mail. This isn't even the first time this has happened.

As if to add insult to injury, I discovered that 2 of my packages just now were left out in the open, not even 3 feet from the lock boxes they ought to have been in. It's bad enough that you lose my mail and give me other buildings letters on a regular basis. I see that you have abandoned all attempts to provide a service worth the tax dollars I reluctantly give the current government. UPS got a package to my front door this very same day. Clearly they understand the importance of leaving parcels somewhere that stands a fair chance of me retrieving them. Do better, act like you give a shit every once in awhile.

Don’t get deliveries from this place. The employees are idiots and rude. I’m sick and tired of them messing up my Packages. Screw them

I guess this is the way to register a complaint. We have put up with lousy delivery service from our postman for a long time. He's the regular delivery person for the 3000 block of Benton St. He walks around his route with earbuds in connected to his phone. That isn't a problem in itself, but he doesn't pay attention to what he's doing. My husband doesn't trust his picking up mail from our home and takes it to the post office, but I thought, how bad can it be. It's pretty bad. I left one outgoing piece last week hanging out of the slot so he could see, but still secure, and it was stuffed back in our box with the delivered mail. I just discovered a birthday card I mailed late last week, on the ground below the mail slot. He missed that too. We're really sick of it. We often get our neighbors mail, and they get ours. It's a running joke. And we have seen postal mail dropped along the sidewalk in front of our house. I hope you can do something about this postal worker, like replace him. Thank you.
