Postal Locations

Just freaking worst !! Been trying for 3 days for someone to answer the damn phone JUST ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!

I will be turning (12th St and Johnson Rd) into the state postal office. You can never speak to anyone, not even a way to leave a message! Also the postman that delivers to Golden Point Apts. on 10th and Johnson Rd is a real piece of work! Delivers wrong mail all the time. Yesterday put a package outside of mailboxes when it could have been put in a locked box or delivered to my door! Rain was blowing onto it (it was an expensive book! Then someone (I’m assuming it was him, wrote “This person doesn’t live here” . Unless he put a key for a box into the wrong mailbox and that person wrote it! I have watched him stand back and throw packages onto porches! Something needs to be done about him! Lazy!!!!

Horrible horrible experience!!! I cannot get through on the phone to Golden CO Post Office. I’ve called 15 times and every time I call it rings 12?times then hangs up on me. The recorded message says it’s”transferring me to an operator” but it does not!! I have an unresolved issue and I need to speak to a LIVE PERSON at Golden CO post office.

PLEASE submit a request to the city to allow 15 minute parking signs in front of the post office! I can never pick up my mail becaues when I head over to pick up mail there is NO parking anywhere. Or at LEAST add maybe 2 ten minute spots in your driveway area or something, where you currently don't allow anyone to park. I'm going to have to discontinue my PO box there if I continue not to be able to find parking due to all the condos and restaurants going up in the area. Very frustrating.
