I went to a passport appointment everything went well, they kept my birth certificate and said it would arrive by mail in 1 week and for the passport they said “ 6-8 weeks “ it has now been 12 weeks and no sign of my passport or my certificate. Very disappointed and i cant speak to a associate because there phone number does not let me.

Waited there for 15 minutes for someone to help me, when i was finally helped, my package was dropped and then a joke was made. not happy at all with this experience
