Okay, so I complained about a delivery person screaming on her phone while delivering mail, only to be supplanted by a carrier that does not take outgoing mail if there is no incoming. If there is not a greater call for the dissolution of the USPS, I don't know what it is, you are all morons! All of your commerce can be accomplished on line. Looking forward to your demise, it's coming soon.

What a GREAT station, ONLY because of the staff there. Overworked and understaffed but friendly. We just had a minor nightmare over receiving a letter from Europe that took 3 weeks to arrive, with required documents to renew a foreign passport. I went into the PO and talked to Stacy, who tracked down the letter that was still in transit. The next day, we called and she gave us more information and procedures to intercept it, if need be. The next day after that, when she was busy with a customer, I talked to Crystal on the phone who promised to find the letter and call me back. She did just that, and I met our delivery person at the mailbox, and she handed me the letter!! For a huge organization, this was beyond the call and unexpected. Thank you Stacy and Crystal, and the Montclair team!

My daughter filled out the form to get a redeliver of a registered letter today. (As per the form). The letter carrier delivered mail BUT did not take the form. Now I suppose, during a pandemic she will have to go to the post office. THIS is unacceptable.

Soon or later your quality of life will be directly effective by an lazy “F” over paid employee of a company that think they can not be replaced or fired! Every arrived two minutes late for an appointment or any other type of business transaction and a bastard will say “we are closed, you have to come back tomorrow, or there are a late fee charge? Have a doctor ever paid you for him being late after the staff set you in a room and close the door and say “the doctor will be with you shortly.” In all reality they know the SOB is running late and want you to wait. Yep, this is exactly happen to me on March 20, 2021 at the Montclair Post Office of Denver, CO 80220. I am a senior citizen disabled veteran of the Vietnam Ear that depends upon my medication being mailed from the veterans hospital. During my active duty with military as a career solider I developed hypertension. Like any other veteran or senior the mailing of medication vital to us due to major health conditions. In additional it’s convent and safe for not having to drive and wait in a line due to the COVID-19 situation. The USPS Informed Delivery notified me that my medication had arrived at the Montclair Post Office for pickup. Being that I have a general mailbox and not a business oversized one a key has always been left for me to retrieve any large parcels in a bigger box. This was not the norm at March 20th. I notification had been left for me to bring it to the counter for pickup. Upon arriving TWO MINUTES late the sliding doors had been closed with a small potion open. I got both the two employees cows attention and informed them I needed to pick up my medication from the VA because it contained my blood pressure medication. The two employee cows quickly stated and rehearsed echoing the words “WE ARE CLOSED”! Again, I stressed the point I needed my blood pressure medication but they mowed and said nothing. In other words the two cows completely ignored me again. Theses are the same two JUDAS’s that I have interacted with when there a large general population of individuals in the lobby area. They will portray a good “F” IMAGE to the public but be late two minutes and say what they tell you. As a matter of fact I have been there when they closed and a small section was left open and they still served customers that was WHITE. Yep, I was having a conversation with one of the supervisor’s and an employee concerning NOT receiving parcels from Amazon.

This is a great station. Awesome people work here and I appreciate the quality service. My only complaint would be when my regular carrier, Karla (the best!) is off, like tonight, the temp forgot to take my outgoing mail. There is always a sign on my box that say's "OUTGOING MAIL TODAY" They put the mail in my box but left my outgoing there. I commit to my customers that I will ship same day so I do need my outgoing mail to be taken by the carrier. Delivery date was 1-27-21 Other than that, you all rock! Thanks.

I have been trying to reach a human being for a week now. After filing a lost mail claim no one ha gotten back to me from the Montclair station except for an email saying they would get to me. I am expecting a stimulus payment in the mail and ever since the 1-2-21 to 1-12-21 our building did not receive any mail. What did they do with my mail? They won’t fess up to their negligence.

I mailed a package and the wrong zip code was but on it by the Chandler AZ post office. So it went to this post office and delivered to the wrong address. The Glendale office located it for me. Thank you Glendale. Called and Called the Montclair post office and NO answer over and over again. Finaly get an answer and Mary Ann (very nice) asked the carrier to get the package back, but it was never delivered and went back the to Montclair office and has been locked up in an office NO ONE can get into but the manager and she is NOT there for days. Been in that lock up room since Oct. 19. I have given them the correct location and still can't get it delivered. Even the Glendale office called me back to try and help. This is crazy. Why can't someone get in there and send my package to the right post office to be delivered? My reciever even offered to go get it. But no KEY. I would like my money back for the large flat rate box Priority Mail I paid for.

This mail service is HORRIBLE 😠 I never receive my mail until after 6pm. I'm expecting an important letter which was mailed out on Thursday Sept 13 from Arvada CO, it's now the 23rd and I still haven't received it. It had better not have been delivered to a wrong address.WHERES MY MAIL?. IT ALSO DIDN'T COME TILL 9pm. We get a different carrier every day! This is just beyond ridiculous.

I have been trying to call the Post Office with the zip code of 80220 since 9:00 a.m. It just rings and rings and rings. Does no one work there? I live in West Virginia and sent a package to my granddaughter on August 13, 2020. It says that it was delivered, but it was not delivered to the correct address. It clearly had her name on it and I am trying to find out what happened to it. You would think anyone that received the package would return it to the post office if their name wasn't the same as the addressee. I can't get anyone to answer my phone call. Am I calling the wrong number or do people see my number and just don't want to answer it? I don't get it. I've been calling 303-333-2305 and no one will answer. Any suggestions?

I am so sick of my Mail not being delivered until at least after 6pm EVERY SINGLE DAY, sometimes it's been almost 9pm before it gets delivered. When our regular so called mailman is out sick and someone else does his route the mail is never later than 3pm or 4pm. The other mailman who does south of 13th Ave.is always hours earlier than what we get. Have lived in this house since 1972 and have never had our mail this late, half the time we get other peoples mail and they get ours, most incompetent man I've ever seen.

I mailed from my home in Iowa to my son in Denver. I put a tracking number on it as well. My son never received it. He has created a case to find out where this piece of mail is. This is ridiculous to have to go thru this!

The parking lot at this location is just awful! I drove my brand new car thru to drop letters in the boxes out front Sunday night and the pot hole I hit almost swallowed us up! And it's not just that drive thru lane that is bad-the entire place needs resurfaced and soon!

We have not received any mail in 2 days. I call my post office at all hours of the day and no one answers the phone. I call the USpostal service 800 line and the wait is over an hour to talk with someone. This lack of service would not be tolerated anywhere else! Where is my mail? My list office is Montclair

Have been calling repeatedly for 5 hours - no answer, just keeps ringing and then a ear piercing tone. They have been holding a package with a wrong delivery zip code for .......................14 days!!!!! Nothing the vendor can do as it should have been returned. What do I have to do - drive 1 hour to get to their office.
