Like below. They will not answer phone. Every local post office phone # says that they will transfer you to someone to speak with immediately......ring.....ring.....ring....ring.....beep beep beep..dial tone. No matter what time of day no matter What year , it does not what local post office You are calling, you will not speak to a live person in that location. I have never gotten through to any person ever!! I think it’s a information line and does not ring to anyone. It’s to direct you to the website or national number were you wait 1 hour to speak to a rep who Is no hekp because they regurgitate what USPs website tells you, they do give you the number to the local post office . The same number that no one will Answer. Don’t waste your time calling. Why say you can speak to a person at that location when it’s impossible to do so.

Service. Let me see - I called and let the phone ring until someone or the system disconnected it. No Answer Tried to call back immediately - 3x over 1 minute - phone busy. I called 3 other post offices - no one picked up the phone. Okay - I go to the post office several times a week - average wait 20 minutes. How would you rate this?
