This woman does as little as possible. Somehow or another her and her supervisors have taken the INFORMATION listed on the annual forms as policy. Policy needs a us.reg# in front of it. What's on the form is information. No reason for her not to cross reference since street addresses listed above box #. Paperwork that requested asks for BOTH addresses.

bring the last woman back. I met the new hire for the very first time and the first thing she said was she is going to start returning our mail! How infuriating. She didn’t introduce herself she didn’t have a conversation no just we are going to return her mail. I even tried explaining the majority of websites don’t allow you to place a P.O. Box along with the home address on shipping. It is not our fault we cannot have our home address and our mailing address on packaging. I have tried many times. It is out of my control! Don’t be rude about it and at lease introduce yourself first. Also don’t write on my packages in front of me of how it should be done. I give the system our home and mailing address and it’s up to the seller to maintain that. Don’t tell me she is going to return our legal documents again too. That caused so many issues and fees last time for something out of my control. The least the woman could have done was said “hello my name is _____ I am the new employee at this location” not “hi you guys need to fix your mail or I am going to return it” If there was another mailing option in Avondale I would take it anytime over dealing with an employee who is too stuck up to introduce herself.
